This is a great unit, it has plenty enough power, just make sure you got extra battery packs ready to go so you don't have to stop in the middle of a larger clean up area. It's super lightweight for a combo unit, and the wheels allow you to plant some of the weight to the ground, making it even easier to move around. The leaf bag is also good where it does a decent job filtering the dirt so it doesn't spray all over the place, unlike some other units out there.
Thank you for sharing your experience! I'm very pleased to hear that. I can only confirm that myself. I'm really very satisfied with the combi leaf vacuum and can only recommend it 😉 👍 Best regards
Great video but I’m curious how it works in a small garden with mulch? We have big trees that drop so many leaves in our garden in Autumn. I’m thinking this would be a much easier way of getting rid of them but I’d probably vacuum up the mulch at the same time? Any ideas?
Thank you very much for the praise! I'm really glad to hear that you like the video :) Which mulch is meant exactly? Leaves, lawn mulch or bark mulch? The device has no problem with leaves and lawn mulch. You should just be aware that the suction pipe can become blocked with very large leaves. I would be careful with bark mulch, however. If you try to suck up leaves, it is quite possible that the bark mulch will also be sucked up. I think the device can pick up smaller pieces without any problems, but I would still try to avoid it :) Best regards
I LIKE IT, but its out of my league price wise. I'll just purchase Makita XBUO3 for now, perhaps Makita can find a way to adapt a vacuum to that unit since it has intake (reverse )blowing .
@ShowemRight Many thanks for the feedback! That's a good question. I can't say what accessories Makita will be bringing out in the near future. But it sounds plausible :) Best regards
Thank you so much for the positive feedback :-) Small wet leaf are still possible. Bigger one are critical because they can stuck. I will probably record a separate extreme test video of it soon 👍🏽
Unfortunately, I can't immediately say whether the shredder is made of metal or plastic. However, what I can say is that the device definitely cannot sucks or shred acorns :/ Best regards
I didn't recodnised any problems with blowing / vacuuming needles. It just sometimes happens that the pipe gets clogged If you vacuum to many at once :)
I prefer longer videos. You took the time to explain the features with demonstrations. Thats what I want when buying a new tool. People who don’t have the attention span. Maybe make a short for them.
@zoobiewa Then you probably haven't had a comparison with the other 36V Makita leaf vacuum... In contrast, the 18V version is very compact! I can understand that you'd think it was an AI voice. I can promise that neither the voice nor the script is from an AI. There is a real person behind the professional radio voice! An AI voice is not yet capable of producing such complicated voice-overs. This would be immediately noticeable in difficult passages. I've tested this myself several times... 😊👍🏼

I have not tested this directly, but I can imagine that this is also possible. :)

It really has not changed speaking of the grass. Since 184. Same "no go". Sad. Thanks for the test!

OMG - who is writing copy for this video? 15 minutes long, and could have been done in 5.
Thank you for your feedback! I will try my best to keep the videos as compact as possible :)

Compact!? How on earth can you say this is compact? This sounds written by AI. There's nothing authentic or personal. Reads like an ad.
