I have completed a year of yin yoga with Travis videos, morning and evening - started around winter solstice 2023 - followed by a yoga Nidra course in Jan 24 and 200hrs yoga teaching with Happy Jack in Feb 24 - thank you so much for what you do - it really makes a huge difference to my life and therefore others ❤
