Honestly? This was a cool introduction and my favourite in this is Elizabeth. So calm, so methodical, very intelligent, cunning and very aware of things. In my opinion so far, she’s a fascinating character because she seems to follow the path William took with leading anything related to Fazbear Entertainment but difference is she does care. She’s a striking resembling character to her Canon counterpart too. She shares a similar acceptance to her 1st AU self. Both accept the fact that they are monsters of their own accord without needing to fret about it all the time. 1st AU Elizabeth’s one main reason for not turning out like her 2nd AU was Michael. Had it not been for him in the 1st AU, Elizabeth would have become similar to her 2nd AU counterpart.
Oh boy, time to run down the list: Major differences: Terrance was involved in the bite, and seems to be very different in this AU, as he doesn’t seem to really care about any of the others besides maybe Vanessa (from what we’ve seen so far, anyway). Evan/David doesn’t hate Michael for the Bite (but still admits that it was at least partially Michael’s fault) because rather than possess Golden Freddy and be stuck not seeing Michael except for when he went to torment Michael, David was in the plush and saw how Michael behaved afterward (specifically, that he regretted it and was sorry) whereas, if he is to be believed, Terrance didn’t seem to care, or at least didn’t show it. The FNAF6 fire doesn’t seem to have happened, likely because with Terrance not caring enough to pull a canon Michael and spent the literal decades working to hunt down every part of Fazbear Entertainment, the idea never took off. Also entirely possible that this Henry ended up going the way of the book Henry (committing.) Vanessa is an Afton, and specifically a sibling that at least the others knew of, and that knew Terrance (might’ve known everyone else and just had issues remembering what they looked like after however many years, too) Michael died of something else, likely related to either blunt force trauma or he was specifically tortured (his eyes seem to be straight up gone, and I doubt that’s carry over from Roxy) and remembers almost nothing. William has much more… visible/widespread scars, so it seems likely he didn’t get springlocked in this au. This also opens the possibility of him having been the one to kill Michael. Ballora is still around, so either someone started repairing her, Ennard split apart, or it never formed. Elizabeth took over as CEO, which means many of the fuck-ups in the newer games (by Fazbear, I mean. Such as their atrocious security measures.) are either something she was trying to fix, put in specifically by idiot middle managers, or she doesn’t really care about the company (which, given how seriously she seems to take the job, is unlikely.) Terrance seems to be much less of the “golden child” in this one, as, quite frankly, his responses to everything paint him… unfavorably, to say the least. (At least from what we’ve seen so far, Elizabeth seems quite accurate with the “takes one to know one” about her being a monster) Meanwhile, due to Michael regretting what happened during the Bite and everything else, it actually seems like Evan feels guilty about not being able to protect Michael, so my guess is that, if any of the siblings have relationships like main AU Elizabeth and Michael, or main AU Terrance and Evan, it will likely either be Michael and Evan, or maybe Vanessa and Evan. Also, as he has almost no memories, you could make a serious argument that, at least right now, Michael is an entirely different person (after all, memories and experiences are what makes us, *us*.) And given what Elizabeth was saying about the whole family being monsters… my guess is, the kill chain looks like this: Michael and Terrance kill David. William kills Elizabeth (indirectly, with CB). Elizabeth kills Terrance (directly, scooper, unsure if she knew his identity). Terrance and/or Elizabeth might be involved in William’s death (since this follows canon timeline, William would be… in his 80’s or something? Meaning there’s no way he’d look that young. 80’s, because with two teenagers in 1983, he’d be at least in his 30’s, and sb is supposed to be like… 2030’s minimum, iirc, 50-ish years after the bite) So I’ll wait to see more before trying to cast judgements, but it looks like Terrance is a real PoS in this one, meanwhile Elizabeth is “yeah I’m a monster, so what?” (As in, never denying how bad she can be), Michael is trying to put himself back together with help from David (might be along the lines of the FNAF 4 thing, “I will put you back together”, since David possessed the plush and Michael might’ve been the one with the nightmares after David died in this AU). Vanessa is trying to move on and seemingly redeem herself and David is just trying to fix up things with the family member(s) he. an actually reach. Tl:dr? Lot of theory stuff, not enough evidence to prove or disprove most of it. Edit: not sure if the delay between Day acknowledging these and me posting them is Day reading the comment, or Day finding them… (is this another thing to possibly theorize about? …perhaps.)

OKAY SO time to analyze this! mike is glam-roxy, we have that out of the way, elizabeth is dead and she can switch from adult to child, terrance sucks in this au, vannessa is added to the family and has some sort of police trauma, david is like a spirit who helps mike, and we’ve seen three new people, my assumption is that the afton kids dont have the same mothers but william is still their father. also elizabeth seems kinda similar to main au elizabeth minus she can be an adult and stuff, that’s all i got-
