Dude, I’m struggling right now with getting back to where I was in 2020. I spent 1.5 years out of the military, the game, and the mindset. I spent most of my time trying to fit in, be the “cool guy” and I never had this mindset while in. I didn’t care what people thought, said, or asked about me. I’m getting back into it, but again… am struggling to be able to run 20 miles with ease. I’m back up to 7-10 miles every other day with strength training. But this video definitely helped open up my aperture again to what I need to focus on and that’s what I’m doing WRONG. It also showed me I need to become apart of a running club again because I can’t seem to keep my own pace. So thank you for that, keep striving and keep doing what you’re doing. 🤙🏽
Thank you brother, remember that 20 miles with ease is hard to achieve not only once but to be consistent with it. With the right intentional mindset and consistency with training, it is definitely achievable, not something that I have ever focus on but I would recommend to challenge yourself and sign up for more races throughout the year because this will keep the pressure on you, in a good way.
Sorry for the delayed response, our store is back up and running now that we have gotten into our own warehouse. I will be much more active on here now so there won't be a delay in response. I hope you have a blessed day.
Keep grinding brother.
