#13. “The Rio Grande”

Using earth tones with a streak of blue, this painting reminded me of the Rio Grande River. All paints used were by Amsterdam and Liquitex. I chose to do an 11"x7" birchwood Panel instead of canvas. My Pillow paint is un-tinted house paint and my colors are mixed with Valspar Base paint and Josanja Gloss Varnish.
