    Before the Qurantine I was not even able to do a split or a backbend 😭
    😀
    But now I got my backbend, teardrop backbend, chest stand, front walkover, back walkover, split,leg hold

    I couldn’t even go down into a Backbend from standing before watching Anna. Now I follow her stretching routines every day and have gotten my tear drop Backbend, my Needle, my chest stand, front and back walkover and so many more tricks within a few months!

    Anna is the best! She maybe one of the most flexible people in the world. She helped me get my splits, teardrop backbend, needle, floor needle and chair backbend.
    I'm a Taekwondo martial artist though just trying something new this quarantine.

    I really love Anna's channel more than anyone's one as she teaches us the most effective way to get an acro pose. Before watching your videos, i was as stiff as a rock.       I started watching her videos on handstands and now I've overcome my fear of leaning on a wall to ballance. Although I can't do it without a wall yet, I'm more comfortable with using the wall as support now!

    Before like 6 months ago I could not even do a full back split and because of u now I can do a needle thx so much Anna I honestly don’t know what I would do without u
    And it’s not just my needle or full back split, I also got my back bend , walk over , contortion handstand and I almost got my Ariel
    There is no way I could have done those things without Anna

    Anna! You are my inspiration! I have been following your stretching routines almost since the starting of quarantine! (The quarantine here has already lasted about 8 months now 😭😭😭😞) And I have became more flexible than ever before!!! I learned how to do a handstand, the splits and over splits, and almost made it to my chest stand! You are the best!! Thank you soooo much!
    PS: I also used some of Abby Lee Miller’s tips on getting your chest stand and bridge. They are really helpful too. But most of my inspiration comes from Anna!

    Before quarantine started, I was so un flexible I could barely touch the ground with my hands
    Now I can do a split,backbend,oversplit and I can touch the ground with my hands and a lot more!!!! ❣️❤️ I started watching this channel about 2 months ago and I subscribed cuz u don't even know how much this is helpfull!

    I love Anna so much, her stretching routines have helped me gain so much flexibility and learn new things in lockdown. I have had a lot of spare time and I have been focusing on learning things I can do with my flexibility and Anna has helped sooo much. ❤️

    Before lockdown I couldn’t do almost anything to do with flexibility. Now I’m a lot more flexible and I feel so good after doing Anna’s stretching vids!
