Thank you for your videoes, may I ask you a question please? I have a twin tub and its spinner motor is not turning. it makes a humming and a cracking noise and its shaft does not turn. can it be repaired please?

Hey you welcome I'm here to help you, if the motor is humming without turning the shuft, it seazed and there's a short happening somewhere in the windings that cause a cracking sound , it can't be repair but you have to replace it

Is the leak coming from the dryer side or is it coming from the washer side motor?

If you're talking about the slim pipe attached to the water pump I was holding, it is the pressure regulating pipe and it's end is suppose to be attached to the back of the machine by inside at a high point and you need to be sure that it is well secured but do not block it for the vaccum to suck freely , check the video properly

You need to find a wire long enough to reach the sock, make a small hook on the other end of it with plier and use it to fish out the sock,

Ohk you should open the back panel and run the machine at the spin tub side and start recording I want to see three things that causes that issue, I will tell you what to do next
