I'm wondering what your A/c bill is being that you have high ceilings in a hot climate. Mine is zero cuz I don't have a/c. I have fans which help a tiny bit.
I bought the same egg pan and the ”wooden” handle is plastic. My pan vas far from flat at the bottom, it did work somewhat but not the best quality. Clean it and burn it in before using, even at medium temperature it smells like chemicals that can not be healthy to eat. I bought an japanese eggroll pan from the same seller and it did not have flat bottom eighter. Temu have alot of good quality products, but like other chinese stores, the picture of the product is not always what you get so read all information before you buy. At the moment i think Temu is the best chines store, they also have very good and fast support.
What they don’t tell you is that Temu spams you with emails and text messages. I bought one time and I have been spammed with over 100 emails in 3 weeks. It is awful and very annoying. 🤨
