After ako ibreak ng boyfriend ko. Tuluyan ko ng pinalaya ang pinakamamahal kung bf😭. Ayaw ko ng masaktang muli. 1year and 5months na kami. Pero habang tumatagal, sinasaktan na niya ako physically, emotionally, minumura. Pero Kahit na mahirap makisama sa kaniya eh hindi ko nagawang iwan siya. Pero siya na itong napagod at iniwan na niya ako. 😭😭 ayaw ko na maghanap ng iba eh😭 I chose him but the god rejected. this year is very emotional pagdating sa mga relasyon. Maraming naghihiwalay at isa na sina moira and jason😭. Sana makahanap ng peace of mine. Ipagkaloob kay jesus ang lahat para makalaya at makalimot sa nasugutang puso😭😭

"Words are cheap, actions are expensive" totally agree. There is something about loving someone to the extent of losing oneself that no one and no words can explain. But one thing I am so sure this kind of experience and pain will all be healed in time. Zeinab one day you will go back to this moment and realize how this made you stronger and wiser.
Ang saya ko na nasakin yung anak ko, 8 years old na siya, 8 years na kaming magkasama na kaming dalawa lang, ginagabayan din ako ng family ko. One time may bata na nag sabi sa anak ko "ikaw nga walang papa" , nasaktan ako ng sobra. Tapos ngayon may nararamdaman yung anak ko, di ko alam kung ano ang magagawa ko kung anong mangyayari sakin dahil mas lalo akong nasasaktan na nakikita yung anak ko na nagkakaganito, tapos samahan mo pa nh sinasabi ng ibang tao na "hinahayaan mo lang kasi yang anak mo" "pabaya ka kasi" "alagaan mo naman anak mo" , naiiyak ako palagi pag nakakarinig ng ganun pero yung baby ko kahit may nararamdaman siya pinupunasan pa din niya luha ko, pinapatahan pa din ako . Siya lang masaya na ako, dahil sa kaniya patuloy akong lalaban. Salamat sa vlog mo na realize ko na ok lang na kaming dalawa lang ng anak ko, na kaya namin at kakayanin pa. Thankyou .

I am glad I found your channel. I would love to also speak and help people who are going through this stage. I came from an almost 10-yr marriage that failed and ended in chaos. I am happy with my 3 kids now. More peaceful too. Went through a lot and almost killed me in silence but got through it. I hope I can help by counseling others too. And I'd like to thank a few friends who helped me realize my value and gave me the strength to stand up for myself and my children.

Ang hirap talaga mag buntis Lalo na pag may baby pa na maliit kailangan talaga ng full support mental emotional. Ayy naku skustaclee kong sinantabe mo mona yang sarili mo SAna ngayon may anak kapa!! Lesson learned!

this interview hurts me so much, she is very soft-hearted and empathetic. the worst feeling of being empathetic is to still feel sorry to those person who cause you pain and hurts you so much. i am not a fan of zeinab but we are on the same situation. kayanin natin to zeinab, learn but still be kind always.

And it turns like I couldn't fix or see myself in the mirror.
Comes in the situations that you can't help it that dragged me down. And it's not really possible to just forget it in an instant. I've not thinking at all but my body system and immune system collapse.#anxiety triggered
All what I did is to go in the place that there is NO internet. Shut down everything. Because only us can resolve it not even single one advice. It is only us knowing our self of who we are without them.
And prayers is the key to meditate. Acceptance will follow and the positivity will leads us to healing
Grabe din yung sakin during my postpartum blues after childbirth, sobrang d ko maintindihan sarili ko at iniisip ko na d ako worth it.sinasabihan pa ako na prang baliw.feel mo ayaw sayo ng mga taong mahal mo. and after 3 yrs i decided to go away from that place. And in the process i realized d talaga pra sakin ang papa ng baby ko. Pinapili ko sya eh kung mag sstay sya sakin or ssama sa friends nya mag island hopping eh d ako pinili. Inutang pa nya yang pang gastos dun sa amo nya. Sabi ko, request ko sa kanya mag ipon pra pang bahay sabi wala daw pera.pero pag friends kasama nya meron.. So wala na tlaga chance samin, naaawa nlng ako sa bby ko.

I'm having a mental breakdown this past few days, questioning my value and worth but your word of wisdom helps a lot! I would like to watch this video again and again so maybe I can learn to love myself more. Katulad din ako ni Zeinab inaattach ko yung sarili ko sa tao without loving myself kase pag nagmamahal ako all in sa taong yun that's why pag iniwan ako or sinaktan iquestion ko yung worth ko which is super wrong. Ang ironic lang na psych grad ako, and I give advices to other people. pero those advices, hindi ko man na-apply sa sarili ko. nabulag ako. pero eto tumatayo at lumalaban araw araw. kung sino man nakakabasa nito, kaya mo yan. kakayanin mo palagi.

so true lahat ng cnabi mo sir I felt it before i was cheated before when i was preggy with my second child but I'm still blessed kc andun ung pamilya and bcoz of my kids I was strong to to conquer all my trials and now I'm happy with my life with my kids and yes the day that i was waiting it did come my ex hubby was actually begging to come back to us he did realize his mistake but I was able to say No bcoz we are happy but the relationship for his kids is ok so sa mga ktulad ko na naiwanan, niloko be strong lng and keep fighting kc the sadness and problems will come to an end and you will also be happy and have a goodlife just keep fighting and don't forget God will always guide u

Watching all of kuya darbs videos from the past till now, I realize that I’ve been so far from where I am before. Dati nanonood ako para maka help in my process of moving on. Then I learned how to love myself more. Nagkamali ulit, nalugmok and its easier to let go of the toxic relationship because I followed the 80-20 rule. I was able to start again and time passed by here I am happy with my partner and expecting a baby soon 💛 Its a tough journey, I thought Im gonna lose it but it all shall pass. To all of you who are having a hard time right now, just be still. It might feel like you’re at the end of the tunnel but you’ll get through that. I believe in you. Fighting!

Dumaan ako sa ganyan sobrang sinaktan ko na sarili ko, nakita pa ng anak ko he was only 3yrs old naramdaman nya pinagdadaanan ko, sya pa mismo ang umagaw sa scissor na ginagamit ko para saktan sarili ko, tapos tinapon nya, iyak ako ng iyak, narealize ko mali ang ginagawa ko, anjan pala anak ko, i need to be strong for him, nagsorry din ako sa anak ko, mali na nakita nya yon, im am so frustrated sa ex husband ko, walang sustento, wala sya pakialam samin kapapanganak ko palang iniiwanan nyako, nakatambay lang sya sa bahay ng mom nya… looking back it was 10yrs ago nakamove on nako at andito nako sa ibang bansa nagmigrate na kami ng anak ko with a better life, i may not be bless to have a a complete family, but i have my son na isang malaking blessing sakin❤ makakayanan rin yan ni Zeinab she is a strong woman with a heart❤️
