- Welcome to Part 3 of the Everglades Guide, everyone! Levels 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 should be heading to the Everglades. We recently left the glades to repair our fishing gear as well as buy our first pike match rod/reel. BUT! We ran out of small minnows!

Started playing a week ago and so far addicted as hell. Decided to try out the everglades again and caught a 9.3 trophy bowfin and 8.7 unique butterfly peacock bass. Enjoying these vids. There very informative. 👍

yes, the idea is that you could certainly fish for walleye from the moment you unlock emerald ALLLLL the way to St. Croix. But people usually lose interest in the game before then... so we put good stops in between.
@@BoAngles I understand. People get bored with all video games. My last 3 big games, it's all I heard. We need more content. I played Division 2 for many years. Got the fix for having a legacy loadout on my Xbox controller, now I'm in Red Dead 2. I'm sorry Rockstar walked away, but I'm quite happy continuing without new content. (I'm long winded, sorry) I'm still gonna be watching your channel. Can't come for lives tho since a real life friend and I play RDR2 every evening. I'll check in every now and then on the videos. Might be a little late lol but i am stuck at the same problem. Your 1st priority should be to get to lvl 30 and go to St. Croix. Don't buy a kayak, you'll buy it after St. Croix and if you think that you have good enough gear, keep fishing at Emerald bcs you'll probably get more xp. But if you're like me (i need 70000 cash for St. Croix gear and only have 30000) and need money and xp, go to Everglades, you'll fill up your fishkeeper faster, get around the same money (a little less) and catch some unis. Hope I hrlped if you haven't moved on!
I think you should make a vid about White Moose Lake pike farming, it worked out even better than everglades for me

How are you setting a rod holder on the dock? How you sling a float a desired length? How do you set up a leader to a line to a weight to a hook? None of these properly answered in any video online. Thanks homie! Love your vids.

@@petecat8839 depends on your gear i fill a full 70kg net of bass in about 30 mins irl which is around 11k dollars per 70kg but in emerald most i caught was about 30kg or 6k dollars

Even tho walleye have better money per pound ratio you are pretty much making more money on everglades bcus your catcing bass faster and more consistently than walleye
Why you don't reel when fish is pulling line?
it damages the reel, you should just pull the rod until they stop then start reeling.

Yeah, some of the rod stands don’t work on the dock, try to find the one I was using

For rods it’s really up to you I’ve caught Muskie up to 50/60lbs but for bait I’d definitely use the black spinner with the yellow dots and a 2” tail. I used to nail them all day long with that

Hey brother, I’m wondering if you can help, I’ve been at Emerald lake from level 15 to level 21 and managed to gather 50k cash and wondering what the best set up will be to go to the everglades as I don’t wanna get a bad rod or having to fight with a fish to reel in please help 😊
I mean, with the “best rod in the game” which I think is at 24… you won’t have to fight them too much, and you can use that rod and reel pretty much anywhere there’s 12-25lb fish in the future- otherwise, I’d just keep on fishing and save up for a good match rod for pike eventually

Also I’m using the Elemental 6’7 Rod for these Walleye’s and when they’re usually quite big in fighting with them sometimes they pull 165 ft in the water lol is there any better rod and setup for walleye
@@romeodonnn ohh maybe! though I’m not sure I’d get anything higher than like… 8lbs or it may start hurting the amount of exp you’re getting from the walleye
Why you didn't use any leader?How the leader works in the game?
Few different reasons to use a leader-
1. Gives you an opportunity to use a titanium leader for fish with sharp teeth.
2. Gives you an opportunity to use a fluorocarbon leader to make the line harder to see for fish. (in theory)
3. Gives you an opportunity to equip a slightly lighter line so that when the line snaps due to a large fish, you only lose your hook and bait, and not your bobber or sinker.
So if I'm not using a leader for any of those reasons, then I must not care about any of these reasons enough to use one. Especially if the available leaders compromises using max drag.
Using 17 lb braid on 6 lb bass seems a given in the real world…. Especially with 31.5” recovery and crazy reel speed but it Still takes 9 minutes real time to pull one in. I must be confused at how you’re so in tune…..
Bzhub I have a question, I am so poor on that game right now I have like 950 bucks I am level 10. What’s the best place to get money on your opinion? Oh and what lure should I use?
For a while I would just grind on Lonestar with a silver casting spoon for bass untill I could go to rocky lake with a nano spinner
I do that a lot and trust me I catch unicorns but that’s the p- oh ok
Just try going emerald lake as soon as possible. Its so good over there and u dont need super good gears.@@James_franco

Some lures allow you to add them, but not all
