I also have the same feeling: starting to feel old and worry about my son. He is 17 and so far I have taught him to cook, iron, drive, do banking/savings and be frugal, lodge tax. He hasn't work yet, maybe at the end of this year when his highschool is over. Maybe I should teach him to buy groceries too.

I'm 26 years old and my past hasn't been so nice; depression, parents divorced when I was 8 years old, I have 2 dads that I don't really open up with and almost everytime I see them, it's so hard to communicate with them and I always struggle to find words that would go through their hearts. I became a numb from living in such grey life but seeing your videos give me hope that a father can be so wonderful and so lively. I couldn't imagine, how to take care of a father and a mother of 3 children, daily routine as mother's household chores... going to work, picking up kids, cooking, washing....you are really a BIG PAPA, hope someday you will be rewarded and blessings for your kids.
Based on my arthritis experienced , I stop eating sugar completely and all the joint pains went away. Vegetables and fruits and less on carbohydrates. Also losing weights helped a lot.

Its an opportunity for them to learn the english language because you can speak English, They will be thankful when they grow up. They can assimilate well to other people like you. Actually! Ang paglalakd po ay kaugalian na ng mga Japanese, kagaya din nating mga pinoy. Magandang exercise din yan lalo na tuwing winter season. Nung nasa SAUDI pa ako, from December to March po ay taglamig din sa Northern part. Kaya naranasan ko rin po yung sobrang lamig na panahon at lagi po ako naglalakad kesa nakaupo lang. Kasi mas lalo ka giginawin.

Actually! Ang paglalakd po ay kaugalian na ng mga Japanese, kagaya din nating mga pinoy. Magandang exercise din yan lalo na tuwing winter season.
Nung nasa SAUDI pa ako, from December to March po ay taglamig din sa Northern part. Kaya naranasan ko rin po yung sobrang lamig na panahon at lagi po ako naglalakad kesa nakaupo lang. Kasi mas lalo ka giginawin.
