I've earned my break for today. I spent the entire day making bread. We will have six loaves when the last batch is done rising and baking. Two of them are a different recipe I wanted to try. The other four are just regular white bread.

That is a huge office building...the guys must be so proud of all their beautiful work on it. Yes, dogs can eat strawberries within moderation. They can eat blueberries, raspberries, and watermelon as well. Healthy treats for you and Kona during your walks. Your strawberries look fantastic! Enjoy. ❤ 🎉
I had a Llasa Apso that LOVED watermelon! I couldn't eat it without Chewie expecting her share. When she finished, the towel I put her plate on looked like a crime scene, and her face would be dripping in juice and she was one happy dog!

I love that you still have spinach, rhubarb, and strawberries going!! It’s been so unmercifully hot for us, with virtually no rain. We made hay once, but we don’t have much coming on, as it’s so, so dry. Praying for rain. Your new building is beautiful! Your cheerful spirit is much appreciated.♥️

Some 40ish years ago my parents visited a tourist area in your area. This week my husband treated me and we went camping at the same place,.. Oh MY! I always think the scenery you film is so beautiful but driving through was breath taking. Isn't our province just SO amazing, so diverse. God really is such an amazing Creator. You are blessed to experience those hills, river and tree's every day.
Thankyou Giselle for another insight into your world . As always, we appreciate the fact that you are considerate of those in your community who do not wish to appear . That kind of behaviour is all too rare these day's. Your new building is really lovely , the architect , and your colony have done a great job . Must confess I have never actually seen anyone washing a wall , those extending mops looked difficult to control . Really liked the ribbon detail on the blouse😊. I thought the graduation ceremony was lovely , both young ladies took it seriously , and spoke well . A testament to their upbringing and the understanding they had that they were entering another phase in their journey . Please do not worry that you did not film all you wanted , your video's give those of us who watch them a lovely insight into your world, which we appreciate. I do wonder , who ate more strawberries, the mice, or the pickers 😂. Just getting into jam season here in uk , I consider myself lucky in that I have the garden space to grow a lot of fruit, so its on to the blackcurrant's , redcurrants & gooseberries. So much better than the sugar laden store bought varieties. Have you ever read Mrs Beaton ? Although it is a victorian book , I still use it . God bless, I hope you make many more dresses and video's , the hymns are a lovely end to your video's 😊.

My husband was browsing through a second hand book stand at a fund raised and saw two books wrapped together label just said two old cook books 20p so 10p each knowing how much I love cook books at that price he picked then up for me.
imagine my shock when I opened them and laid them on worktop my husband instantaneously began apologising for buying two copies of the same book yes it was the MrBeaton but while one had been we 'll used the other was in pristine condition and when we opened it discovered why it has been a gift to a friend of Mrs Beaton and she had inscribed and signed and dated it it's pride of my collection while other well used one continues to be well used by me and lives beside my favourite books in the kitchen

The fact that that particular book has been kept with such care shows how much Mrs Beeton has influenced our cooking . No waste in a Beeton house . Thankyou for responding.

So much massive solid wood in the beams and of course those giant slabs for the tables!! 😍 And beautiful iron worked bases as well. It’s a very Pinterest office space!.
Giselle, it gives me an idea for a question. Would you mind telling us how much personalisation a couple gets to have when they get married and move into their own house in the colony? In terms of the materials, are most of the homes pretty much alike on the inside? Do couples choose the type of wood, or the color of their kitchen cabinets/bathroom cabinets for example? Or the choice between the laminate paneling I see in most of your videos, vs regular drywall for different rooms? I imagine that the colony purchases quite a bulk of construction materials and of course it makes sense for everyone to have more or less the same thing in a colony. Are there any rules about this?
I wish I had a crew to clean with. It looks so fun and energizing. I’m so inspired by your Hutterite methods, I’ve started doing my floors with microfiber rags and bucket by hand. I think it gets cleaner and it puts me very up close and personal to the dirt 😅 I find it satisfying. I often think of you wiping, swishing, and ringing out your floor cloths in the bucket. Cheerful and thorough. You inspire me to approach my tasks the same way.

My Amish husband and our four kids told me today that we are on our three jars of jam and jelly and preserves in our food pantry.next month me and my Three daughters are going to start canning our preserves and jams and jello and juices and almond milk and rice milk and cashews milk and almond butter and cashews butter for our four pantry.all next months will be canning and freezer meals and more.
Ti's the season . Personally my favourite time of year . I love to see shelves full of produce that I know has good nutrition and taste and , that I know exactly how it was grown and processed. We live in a world full of pollution, what we eat is very important . I'm sure your husband and son will be a great support in the work you and your daughter's will be doing on behalf of your family 😊. God bless

Wow! Is that area for the enginering of the fire trucks and sales too. I used to work on electrical systems on busses planing and designing the wiring harness. Wiring harness, womens hands are great for that, small agile hands. There are two philosophies on wiring harnesses one put everyting in even if you don't need it or reduce the weight to get other equipment on board. I would love to do that again. Do the men have the schooling for that technology. Like LED dashboards with fiber optics? Wow I never thought! I am blowen away. Wow you even get work clothes, fabric just for work out doors. So it means you get fabric just for church too. I guesed you used your older garments for the outdoor muddy garden, or cleaning the greasy kitchen, or even greasy areas of the fire trucks. Today may the lord bless you all. W O W ! Check your micro SD card load some of it to a computer hard drive or on library storage drive. Put a new SD in then try to open your phone see if you need to unload unused apps or photos etc.. If it is an I phone remember built in Obsolescence with that brand of phone.

I prefer warm fruit as well. The cold fruit kind of hurts my teeth. Plus I feel like the flavor of the fruit is more intense when it isn't cold.

What an amazing job they have done with the offices everything is so different no wonder your so proud of it. I was just thinking while you were cutting up the melon it was my forty third anniversary. Which I couldn't celebrate because I got covid again it was awful felt different this time. Plus even now I don't feel myself strange. If you keep your card out your old phone when you get a new one all your photos and private stuff is kept.my husband has worked with computer's and my son is great with phones just make sure you keep your sim card that is important. I've went through so many it's unbelievable and I still have everything but I prefer my tablet . Your plants are beautiful but their going to get taller than you soon. Anyway better go. We have them grow comfortably here in the tropics, they also bear edible fruit, and it tastes like a fruit salad made with a variety of different fruits. The fruit ripens in stages, starting from the stem. If you can get them in the shops your way, give it a try. The fruit is about 150 to 200 mill long, in the shape of a cucumber with a pineapple rippled skin, and it tastes a bit like a pineapple. When everyone cleans these big common spaces, do you bring your own cleaning supplies? Like the buckets, rags, solution,vacuums, etc? Or is there a communal grab-and-go stocked up for this stuff?
