i5 7600 runs at 3.8 - 3.9 ghz gtx 1060 6gb 8gb ram 2133 mhz and on performance mode my textures dont load game is stuttery and only get like 100 fps and it drops alot

h-310 motherboards support 8th gen processors so No it wont support i5 2400. a320 motherboards are for AMD ryzen so No it wont support i5 2400. GPU shouldnt have any problems tho

Its because of the ram you need 16gb ram

If you have 8gb ram you game gets 50% fps less than what it can get, if you can try and get 16gb ram you will reach about 240 fps
Played on a gtx 1650 With a i5 6500 , had the Same problem But i Upgraded to 16gb and now its smoth 👌
you're probably on a single channel, this causes your game not to load textures and makes your fps unstable.

Is it worth getting instead of the gt 1030
I have the gt 1030 and for competitive gaming and especially if you have a 720p monitor it is totally worth it.

Try pitting it on performance mode alpha and it should work wayy better

@Abbas Osman the problem is that i get hitches and frame drops and my gpu usage drops to 0% randomly and its alarming
you could turn the textures higher and you will definately get higher gpu usage
