lol please don't try to think in that way. Carbs from sugar are BAD CARBS. It's just sugar, and ok it's a carb but you cant compare the carbs you're gonna get from rice (for example). And the proteins from the yogurt and the cream cheese are not enough. Better eat some Chicken Breast/Beef for that. :) And the amount of fat from the Cream Cheese is very high so......it's a dessert.

Here in Southern Brazil (state of Rio Grande do Sul) we have a naturalized and very delicious, yet very acid, type of tangerine that we call "limão bergamota". But the rest of Brazil calls "pink lemon" (limão rosa)

I loved this recipe but I'm trying to lose weight, so I've substituted some ingredients for lower calorie ones. I used Philadelphia lightest cream cheese, swapped the cream for low fat creme fraiche and substituted the 40gr of sugar for stevia leaf granules. It works perfectly well and it is sooooo delicious!!!!

I had a dream that I was eating store bought blueberry ice cream and it was the nastiest thing. It still haunts me to this day. But seeing this video makes it seem really good.
Sugar free and lactose free ice cream. Cherry ice cream with banana. Ingredients 1 banana and 12 pitted cherries. Cut the banana into slices and freeze with cherries overnight. The next day put everything in a blender and beat until creamy. Store again in the freezer for 1 hour before serving. 😋😋😋 🇵🇹
After making that chocolate ice cream only 24 hours after seeing it, I want to make this ice cream tomorrow straight away! All these recipes are so beautiful and tasty, I can’t want to try them all! ♥️ Could I try to make this recipe with other kinds of fruit as well?

This has high fat and simple sugar, little fibre and protein, not really a complete meal I would say but better option than store bought ice-cream.

近くの農家さんから直接買い付けたブルーベリーだからか、色も鮮やかだし冷凍しても風味が消えず、美味しかったです！
濃厚なブルーベリーレアチーズ食べてるみたいでした！
ただ冷凍庫から出すとえらい硬くて盛り付けに苦労しますね。甘さ控えめな分、硬化しやすいんでしょうけど💦
また来年も作ろうと思います！
