Such a mixture of sadness and joy just as in life itself, life ends and life begins anew. Lamar has been a great gift to help you learn from him for all your wonderful farm animals. The new pups have arrived at this very moment as a promise of hope and proving the circle of life, in my mind no accident here. Gracie did great.... He was just a few little tips for the puppies just in case....if it looks like they are not getting enough milk..you can bottle feed them with goats milk...when feeding when their little bellys start to feel firm they are full....also u can help them use the bathroom by using a warm wash cloth and rub their parts ...also make sure they are warm and hearting lamp or and heating pad ....since they are outside dogs ... congratulations on the on the little bundle of joy ❤❤

Omar you did everything you could When we had 30 bottles calves all of the got scours and we lost 7 or 8 and saved the rest. The only bad side with animals being sick is you can get it . Even with disinfecting and washing of hands ,wearing maks,gloves and my husband and I got scours from them and was sick for a week and had to be on heavy antibiotics

Have you thought of reaching out to other people in the Florida area that keep animals like yours, what they have done to prevent things like this?? There are others, I know I have seen them and watched their videos. You’ve been to them! Again you didn’t do anything wrong!!!
You are amazing with your animals , we lost a beloved family member our cat Chance . We woke up and after a week of feeding him by syringe and water plus meds , he passed in my arms broke me . Felt I should have done more .

MODS, please make sure Omar reads this. It can hopefully help Dixie. The Mange is called Sarcoptic mange, highly contagious. Some can develop an immune response to it. Most die from extreme dehydration and starvation from the mites. But they can successfully be treated with a combination of ectocides (topical amitraz and subcutaneous eprinomectin) and 2% subcutaneous moxidectin, respectively. I am an RN from WV. I think Dixie would benefit from being in the hospital until this treatment takes effect. I hope and pray this helps. Please tell Omar to read this. Thank you.

It is highly contagious medicine and bath are good but if they’re rubbing up on the walls in the fences to scratch and reinfecting themselves❤ praying for you guys

You are right, Omar great Pyrenees are bred to be outside with their animals. They’re not bred to be inside a lot of people don’t get that and they love it when there is cold weather because that is when they get their most energy, you’re not supposed to have them as household pets you are doing it right and don’t let anyone tell you different. We had a great Pyrenees on our farm and it was the best protector we ever had. God bless you and your animals.

When we had 30 bottles calves all of the got scours and we lost 7 or 8 and saved the rest. The only bad side with animals being sick is you can get it . Even with disinfecting and washing of hands ,wearing maks,gloves and my husband and I got scours from them and was sick for a week and had to be on heavy antibiotics

I have lost a few animals, not big ones, I only have cats, dogs, fish, birds…..no big ones. It’s a beautiful thought that you won’t loose any more animals, but you may at some point. Have you thought of reaching out to other people in the Florida area that keep animals like yours, what they have done to prevent things like this?? There are others, I know I have seen them and watched their videos. You’ve been to them! Again you didn’t do anything wrong!!!

You are amazing with your animals , we lost a beloved family member our cat Chance . We woke up and after a week of feeding him by syringe and water plus meds , he passed in my arms broke me . Felt I should have done more .

MODS, please make sure Omar reads this. It can hopefully help Dixie. The Mange is called Sarcoptic mange, highly contagious. Some can develop an immune response to it. Most die from extreme dehydration and starvation from the mites. But they can successfully be treated with a combination of ectocides (topical amitraz and subcutaneous eprinomectin) and 2% subcutaneous moxidectin, respectively. I am an RN from WV. I think Dixie would benefit from being in the hospital until this treatment takes effect. I hope and pray this helps. Please tell Omar to read this. Thank you.

Hey Omar, I called my sister and told her what’s going on tea tree yada yada yada she said make sure he cleans the pens with bleach and water. It is highly contagious medicine and bath are good but if they’re rubbing up on the walls in the fences to scratch and reinfecting themselves❤ praying for you guys

You are right, Omar great Pyrenees are bred to be outside with their animals. They’re not bred to be inside a lot of people don’t get that and they love it when there is cold weather because that is when they get their most energy, you’re not supposed to have them as household pets you are doing it right and don’t let anyone tell you different. We had a great Pyrenees on our farm and it was the best protector we ever had. God bless you and your animals.
