There’s a difference between bl and real couples. A lot of the ones shown are real gay couples, not bl. Bl is an industry of actors in series and films. A few bl actors do end up as real life couples, most don’t. I’d like to see you react to real scenes from real bl series and films.
'His Man (Korean variety show that I am going to assume was referred to in the beginning of the video) was actually a very good show. Scripted or real, it was a different show where the participants were actually varied to the right balance and the ending definitely gave me the couple I was rooting for 😊 Although Thai & Japanese BLs are among the leaders in BL drama/movie, 'His Man' was actually the 1st gay dating variety show I have seen from Asia, so I have to give credit that it was actually allowed to be aired.

Taiwan does not produce a lot of content, but admittedly when it does, it is invariably very good. Problem for an international viewer is also accessibility to Taiwanese content. One thing I personally like about Taiwanese BL content is that the characters, even if school/college, are not normally overly effeminate like some Thai BL characters have been and still are.
People keep mentioning Japan but honestly The Philippines produce almost as many BL's as Thailand does these days. Though In terms of quality, I think Korean and Taiwanese BL's have been the most consistently good.

Need to make clear that BL and gay content are not the same. As someone who avidly watches Thai/Korean/Japanese BL series and LGBTQ YT channels, they are completely different. BL series are (generally) aimed towards the straight female population, Thai BL especially is catered towards it with all the fan service actors do and while some ships end up together, 9 time out of 10 they do not. Gay content is just about real people doing their own thing in a relationship and being like anyone else. So if you're new to this, please do not think that these fall under the same category.
