There is a link at the bottom of that blue-green notice called " ATIP Online request Service" tap on it then tap on "make a request" and then continue....

Yes I did... Mine took 3 days actually, can't explain why it was fast tho, but Rescently, others got within 2 weeks.

Send a reply to the email regards that.. Although most times, they send just notes without supporting documents, don't know why they do so.

It helps to know your application status if you have not gotten mail on your portal, also helps if refused, to know the exact reason for refusal.

Same process, you don't have to be inside canada to request for your gcms notes
