@@kirillsosik681 The last mission is just insane I mean it already suffers from frame drops in the base game it would take a massive undertaking from a skilled developer to make that mission compatible for double zombies.
@@KenseiTV Three years ago, a friend and I struggled a lot to overcome a custom map. That friend sent me a link to your video, and I applied it, eventually succeeding. Honestly, your gameplay is great, utilizing everything possible to win
When I saw the 2nd row of shocking towers overlap the 1st row, I was hopeful but pensive because I couldn’t remember if chubbies persisted the whole wave or just the start. Then I saw the chubbies die and I couldn’t help but yell: LET’S GOOOO
When I first played this mission I was really dumb and had no towers I only had snipers and soldiers unlocked. I had over 200 soldiers stuffed super densely between 4 layers of walls with snipers in towers. At the end there were 17 soldiers left and 4 snipers but it held. Afterwards the first thing I went for for AOE was thanatos, but I couldn't get enough points to unlock them since I didn't know how important the shock towers and other researches would be.
Having played this on PC without mods and finding it difficult, years later sans PC I play it on ps4. Wish I could attempt this but not capable atm. I always love your uploads and I have applied a lot of your strategies to my game and found immense success. I love your content and I am grateful for it thank you kensei
I did not expect this level to be so fucking hard. I did this today on 100% but had what I thought what an amazing colony and like 150 soldiers, and it was not enough... So I redid it. But holy fuck this is the first level where they REALLY come at you
Gates are bad at holding back the infected. 3 Tiles covered in exchange for less practical health per tile. (Using 3 walls is better instead of a gate.)
Watching your videos i learned a lot! Finally i reached the 301 % with 100 days on survival mode, im gonna try the 900% soon! Thank you kensei your videos are so great and you play so nice!
Wow, it's really noticeable on this map just how more effective veterans are than regular units with this added difficulty, 1 vet unit is literally better than 2 regular units. I think the veteran wonder is an absolute must asap on the campaign tech tree.
Was that map Nerfed btw ? I remember that the whole bridge was packed with zombies, as if there was no free space on the bridge. I'm sure it was like that when the game came out
the map got a huge nerf pretty quickly after campaign came out. The amount of zombies stayed the same but the spawn rate was heavily decreased => the bridge doesn't get clogged anymore (it really feels weak in nondoubled mode after the initial chubby hit) and even here it just continously trickles in after the initial hit
Yup, like this mission it's really hard to even get the space for initial economy without cleaning and there are chubbies early on... It's crazy to see how he handled it.
I don't understand. since the bridge is not completely full. It always happens to me, it's not a line. How I see what happens with this game. sorry I do not speak English
the bridge fills if the zombies don't die and hammer down walls. new ones can't advance and spill to the side. Shocking towers kill a LOT of zombies at once just suck at specials but you can throw any number of runners at them and they won't group up
here a tip i tought you knew after all these years playing the game. Use the attack button(A) manualy on a target, then right after the unit fire(ranger, soldier whatever) you can use the attack button on the target again, and just repeat over and over for faster arrows/shots. It like having double de ammout of units.
This map drove me up the wall the first time i played it. Zombies would spawn where the train pulls in at and took me a few tries. I played it again recently and its not been a problem but i still leave a unit there just in case.
I am playing right now on 50% difficulty and had no idea there will be such a swarm, so did not go for shoking tower. The result was… bad. Lost first time, managed to survive at second with LOTS of wooden walls, towers, and snipers. But at 800%… Or even 1600%… that is scary.
Iremember this map. I remember my first time playing and missing ONE zombie, who proceeded to destroy the entire place 5 minutes before the rush came. If I'd been using a controller it would've been broken.
so basically without shocking tower this win is not possible..That makes ZERO sense..I play on 2000% and i cant beat the wave..i clar the map really earloy and i have so many resources but i jsut cant beat it without shock tower
@@KenseiTV19:50 This is actually how I lost my first attempt at this map… Pulled the chubby too early. I have found soldiers to be a decent counter. Given there’s enough of them. I would say about 12 at the minimum for a single chubby. WITH proper spacing. Without spacing? You’d need like 30.
My computer would just melt so I should just watch kensei instead.
Increased health instead of more Zombies to give my PC a chance
Absolutely agree, last mission is like 5 fps for me at the start

@@KenseiTV That is quite a genius way to increasing the difficulty although I don't see you suffering in either. LOL.
My optiplex 3010 grandma of a pc ran it at 50fps on double zeds, her only issue being the hard ass crash that followed 5 hours later
Finally, the most anticipated show has appeared, wonderful!
Cape Storm, Lowlands and Goddess are the top 3 I think

Youve disappeared from my recommended feed for like months now im happy to be back watching you annihilate those zombies

Would've been a real shame to manage to survive the final wave, then lose because you forgot the population goal.
Would be a very anticlimactic end :D

Capestorm is always a campaign highlight. GJ!
Tech unlocked at this mission:
(First shocking tower range upgrade.)
Oh dang. He's doing IT!
Good game! Thank you. Good luck👍 Waiting for the swamp and forest.
I feel a little better knowing even the pros can lose in these crazy scenarios, especially with NO pause!!

Hey I am unsure if you know but A soldier unit is now veteran x80
Can’t wait to see!
Well done Kensei!! That seems insanely difficult. Better you than me. ❤
With that many corpses on the ground even brainless zombies could have easily gotten over the wall
Nice! Go Kensei ! Easy thumbs up !
Can share a pic of your tecnology tree in each vid?

I thought I'd have to come back later with more tech but it worked out

How did you get Shocking towers so early?
You can easily get them this early if you prioritize them enough. There is not more to say about it than there being enough research points for it.

How come unit life bars always appear? Is it a command or something?
What do you think about Cataclismo? The Demo is out now on Steam

pretty sure stone from the train would have been better than +1 range on the shocking towers, so you wouldn't be idling in the start for so long.

insane, with low tech points to, only kensei can do this

Maybe one of my biggest proud about this map : beat 800% with only rangers / ballista / shock tower / wooden defense
Getting iron transport looks to be crucial.
Since when have train?new updates?

I tried this with no shock towers and wasps... and failed miserably.
Well done. :)
He did it!
Cant wait for The Lowlands 1600%, it wont be so peaceful anyway. 😈

Wow the final wave is a lot easier than I expected lol
Thought shocking tower not one-shoting will be a big issue

withs shocking tower looks so ez
Best tech to have for this mission
next level ranger only no sinper no soldier XD
He has done a ranger only on this map.

Comment for the algorithm
Thanks
Nice Run
nice
this has to have been nerfed...i played this years ago and there were sooooo many more chubbys than that.
you're really bad at this dude
