Linkedin doesn't provide their emails unless you are connected to them and only then if they have them publicly available. Tooles like Lusha can help source things like emails/phone numbers regardless of connection status but it's not 100%. Hope that helps :)

I'd recommend making contact via linkedin. Scraping the leads is a great way to organise then outside of LinkedIn :)
