Thank you, Kru New. A great lesson as always. I got a question. I've learned a new word สัก a few days ago. It also means "about" as I was told. Is it interchangeable with ประมาณ?
pramaan is a Sanskrit word. I don't know why these Thai teachers like to use Sanskrit words and not real Thai words.
@@cyber1991 I know nothing about Sanskrit, but I recall hearing some Thai TH-camrs use ประมาณ in their videos. So can I say สัก is more colloquial? Thanks.
@Shin-You Yeh. สัก and ประมาณ are not interchangeable. สัก also add a feeling of at least/just 😊

That's also correct as well.
When you say baang yàang. You just say more about 'something unknown' 😊

It's better if you can break this up into 3 videos instead of one. All these have different meanings.
Personally I prefer it this way because while they are different, they are all related to the word "About". If I wish to understand the different ways to express "About", I would hope they are all covered in one video where I can see and understand the differences in one place.
