I must go and get that coconut yoghurt from Aldi. I am just back from holiday in Wales. We climed up Mt Snowden halfway, the scenery was amazing. We had the car with us so it was great to drive around.

See you wearing one of those tops from M&S. Was in there on Saturday and bought a crew neck jumper in cotton for Summer wear. Have a series of Dental Appointments coming up and will be wearing it to look respectable for appointments. Dentist going to be doing something nice.

See Butternut Squash you have. They hard to peel. I had to remove skin off one this morning to cut into chunks for a recipe. Skin is thick and hard. Found it easier to cut into pieces and then peel pieces instead of trying to peel the whole thing.
Yes that’s what I do. I love butternut squash and ginger soup

I'm struggleing with my SW plan and was thinking about a fry up. Watch your lovely breakfast, and it inspired me to stick to plan. Raspberries, blueberries, easy peeler orange. Had it with greek 0% yoghurt with skinny syrup from TK Maxx. So thank you for keeping me on the srtaight and narrow. I watched that film a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it too. Take care ❤

I have greek yogurt and fruit most morning with fruit and honey and chia and flax seeds not seen a coconut variety here in crete but then again i have not been looking but i will now. I watched that film at my sons when i visted the uk in may it was lovely i really enjoyed it. We dont have Aldi😢 just lidl. They have fantastic stuff in Aldi. Have a great week Tina xx❤

That breakfast you have there looks yummy. Will try that when I go shopping yet. The look of avacado does t appeal to me somehow but each to their own lol. I like my coffee with water. I find it’s too rich made of half milk like you do. Thanks for the story of Ann Hathaway. It’s nice to have a story to a film rather than jumping into bed with someone

Morning Tina coconut yogurt sounds lovely. I have porridge and berries with Greek yogurt and like you I love it. I haven’t watched Bridgerton but would really like to it’s seems very popular. Yes it’s glorious outside and going up to possibly 30 deg midweek here in Hertfordshire. I don’t mind but my dog hates heat ! And my son’s a dog walker so he gets to do garden play or gets cancellations.
Never happy are we 😂 have a great week whatever your doing 😊

Hi Tina, I usually have the Alpro unsweetened Greek style yoghurt, it’s delicious as well.
Does the Aldi Coconut one have added sugar in?
We don’t have an Aldi where I live, however they are building a new one about 4 miles away, so I’m looking forward to that opening.
I don’t mind the football when it’s big matches like the Euro’s
But usually I’m not into sports, I can’t stand tennis, I think it’s just such a boring game in my opinion.
I quite like watching gymnastics and ice skating.
Bridgerton was good 👍🏻
If you like Cartel type films and series’s you might want to watch Narcos, It’s very good, so is Breaking Bad, Sicario and also El Camino. Queen of the South was good too. I absolutely love those kind of things.
For a bit of light comedy I used to love watching Schitts Creek or Modern Family. So funny! 🤣
Everyone is different though, but those are my types of good entertainment.

Hi Tina,so is the coconut the flavor of the Greek yogurt,or is the yogurt made with coconut milk? I have seen several people spooning out Greek yogurt,and it looks thinner than the Greek yogurt we get.I see you really like milk in your coffee,I thought I liked mine milky,but you have me beat.😂😂
