Being able to take it completely out, rather than trying to back thread it, made it so much easier.
I used this tutorial to do the “spiral I-web” so thank you, instead of doing the second x I just did the spirals like Tatis Jr glove and it worked perfectly. Thanks to your video I only had two knots instead of the three knots seen in many other gloves or spiral videos
I suppose you have done all you want on this topic, and I came in late, but your excellent videos are helping at least one budding glove guy still. I particularly appreciate how you make sure every single move through every single hole and twist is clearly captured. Thank you in October of 2017!

You can do this on any glove with an I web.
I disassembled my sons ratty A2000 (blonde), dyed it black. (Looks awesome), but I was thinking, before I lace it... should I do something about the holes that you lace the glove through? Like the a2000 you are using, looks brand new, all the holes that you thread the new laces through, look sharp and clean... but mine has holes that are a bit worn down. Is there anything I can do to strengthen those holes, before I thread it? BTW, you did a fantastic job with this video dude.

Hey honestly it's not that hard. What I did was follow the lacing. So I would look at one part and take my new lacing and just follow where it went. It just gets hard at the top if it's a regular trapeze where you have to put the two laces together kinda

Tennessee Tanning Co. and Tanners. 1/4” for the web and fingers, 3/16” everywhere else is a good rule to follow.
It is a stainless steel threaded needle.

That's the pedroia model so it has long laces, but normal laces are about 2 1/2 inches

Thanks for the guide, I have a Nike I web glove and this worked perfectly. I was able to use a pre threaded rawlings lace repair kit sold at Dicks Sporting goods for $4 to redo the bottom of the I web. www.dickssportinggoods.com/product/index.jsp?productId=12357214.
