It’s a good question to be asked for what would’ve happened if Clone force 99/The bad batch had come to the control of Order 66, this would most likely be the outcome. If you think about it Echo would definitely have the most chance of being immune to the inhibitor chips due to what Tech said to him in the first episode, it was a bit brutal what Hunter said to him in this video though about him not being a part of their squad you could tell that it was the inhibitor chip talking.

Idea for a future episode: What If Ahsoka Tano was able to save Anakin Skywalker (Darth Vader) and bring him back towards the light side of the force during their reunion/confrontation on Malachor?
Echo’s armour in this video is based off his original Clone force 99/Bad batch armour in the early stages of development of season 7 in the Clone wars, it’s in a scrapped episode arc.
Wow this episode was so amazing and great start for this new Star Wars series of What if! I love how you fixed Commander Grey’s Armor to be red and Depa’s lightsaber being green like in comic and I did love Echo’s armor it look very cool. Also I was so shock that Caleb Dume got killed but I knew that was going to happen it was also very interesting to know what of happened what if Bad Batch did Execute Order 66 and it would have been sad they would never have wonderful bond with Omega and I love how Echo gets really great development especially part when he learn sad fate of Fives. Also it is very well done of how Caleb would got killed if he did get killed by Bad Batch during Jedi Purge then he would never had become Kanan Jarrus, he would not became leader of Ghost Crew and there would have been no Ghost Grew by never going to meet Hera to start crew since he got killed, and he would never met and would have take on Ezra as his apprentice to teach him ways of the force to become Jedi of his great teachings. It would been sad for Kanan never got to become a great Jedi Knight and Hera would never be able to start ghost crew without his help. This first episode very well done and I can’t wait to see how this series goes!

This storyline centring on echo is very satisfying considering echo wasn’t a big part of the bad batch season 1. I wonder if he’ll get more of a focus in season 2?
Not to mention that he wasn’t genetically altered like the other four and was instead just a clone cyborg so he’s not a member in the sense of having a special power. He’s meant to have more focus in season 2 though, in teaser images he’s got a new cybernetic arm.

But Tech, Wrecker, and Hunter look SO badass now. Tech is now a black Scout Trooper with a red visor. Wrecker looks like he took a serious beating from killing Jedi with his own bare hands. Hunter is the scariest, as his face is literally a skull.

Except it's wrong due to the fact that even if Echo could access his wiped memory, AZ wasn't present when Fives died so he wouldn't have that info.
