  • Songwriter Thom Schuyler moved to Nashville in 1978 and shortly after began attending Woodmont Christian Church.
    Thom Schuyler has written numerous songs over the years that have climbed the country charts, including seven that made it to number 1, including “Love Will Turn You Around” (Kenny Rogers), “I Don’t Know Where to Start” (Eddie Rabbitt), “Years After You” (John Conlee), “I Fell in Love Again Last Night” (The Forester Sisters), “A Long Line of Love” (Michael Martin Murphey), “Point of Light” (Randy Travis), and “Love Out Loud” (Earl Thomas Conley).
    For 74 years, Woodmont Christian Church has been growing disciples of Christ in the heart of the Green Hills area of Nashville, TN. The church hosts three Sunday morning services and welcomes people from all denominations and walks of life. Holding “no creed but Christ,” Woodmont is a community with a mission of seeking God, sharing love, and serving others.

    Thom , I first heard your song Crossing the prairies here In Canada, and the words reminded me Of the times we are living in ,and that was in 1987 I sing it as much as I can, and people sure love it , for it is written in those days no one will cleave together and there will be wars and rummers of wars
