yes. On the final boss you'd have to replace sengoku & garp with someone who gives a chain lock to avoid chain atk down on revive tho
but intrusion is safe to replace them

@sebastians.7372 hmm yes forgot to mention. Worry not, new co-op zoro is an even better option. HIS special does end of turn damage and he is a 1.35x booster
