- dra Nooyi, the former chairman and CEO of PepsiCo, was on the University of Delaware campus on March 20, 2019, as the John L. Weirnberg Distinguished Speaker at the Weinberg Center's 2019 Corporate Governance Symposium. In her conversation with Charles Elson, she spoke about some of her work in transforming PepsiCo, shared another thoughts about leadership, and had some words of advice for current and future business leaders.

Look up Brandon Ingram's story. He was severely electrocuted at his Frito lay job and abandoned by his employers. Brandon Ingram is a US Vet and served our country. He survived war, only to crumble in the hands of Frito lay.
