You can tell that them horn are different to them .....They trying to push through it like they were on Them fiber glass horns. All they need is some time and the ones not pushing to push just a lil more and open them hoes up!
The rhythms usually aren't hard but making it sound good is. Also, posture is very important because it could mess up your back over time if you have bad posture

Do some breathing exercises and long tones bro
And don't blast practice on your tone and articulations
Play lots of pedal tones and know when to breath and when not to and always push yourself to play better
add crunches to strengthen your core and play from your diaphragm.
