I remember going to the Chevrolet dealer for the first time, when I was 9 years old, and they would put Red Delicious Apples in the trunk of the show room, New cars, I would go each year to get my apple, and 1959 was the first year for it 😊
You know I wouldn't mind putting some of these cars in my front yard just so that I could mess with them but also just to look at and admire them.. the majority of them are very cheap and worth buying. Great show I want them all, maybe not all but most of them for sure.
Solon I owned 3 international scouts 80 models, My 64 I dove 6-800 miles a week for work, gas was paid for so didn’t matter how much I spent, that little truck was a monster truck in disguise, I had 33 tires on it, rebuilt motor, I truly wish I kept my 64, sold to a police officer friend that restored the truck to show room condition, hope all is well god blue
Love the '46 Chevy; those beasties really ROCK! Good candidate for a restomod! That '60 Ford Starliner; beautifully modified! I think I see a little Triumph TR2 in the Cheetah!
Another nice grab-bag, I like the 1946 Chev coupe and the 1941 Buick, I'll say the Chev as it's the least amount of work.. Like that IH Travelall too, I had a '70 heavy-half ton IH pickup with the 345 engine, ex-Highways Dept., bags of torque, great truck but when it snowed I could absolutely not make it up the steep hill to our house, had snow tires, sand bags in the bed, etc., but no matter how much I feathered the clutch, couldn't go more than 3/4 of the way. Shanks' Mare the rest of the way...
Hi we live in Colorado I have a 1990 amg sport 500 sl Mercedes only 20.000 of them were made in great shape 81 .000 miles on it had 76 on it 10 years ago when I bought it. It's black in great shape I would love to trade it out for a 74 5 6 7 8 f250 4x4 high boy or a 64- 74 nova with original engine not beefed up if possible thank you
I just showcase the vehicle that are found in the video, so I do not have anything to do with the actual sale of any of these vehicles, but,,, you can do this… Go to the video that features the car you are interested in,then click on the video's title and the description will pop up, then click on the word "more" and when the description expands then scroll down to the car you are looking for - then click on the link underneath that car’s name and it will take you to the ad for that car, There you will find the info on it. If the vehicle's ad does not pop up then that means that it probably has already sold. Thx!
“Vette” Another great video. Gotta go with the ‘46 Chevy this time. Incidentally, the Beatnik Bandit is also the name of the real car built by Ed “Big Daddy” Roth which is still touring around the shows.
31:00 : mini bar, Ford, true. An electric shaver, that plugged into the cigarette lighter, was also available as a dealer supplied accessory. When Cadillac was acquired by General Motors, Henry Leyland went on to found the Lincoln Motor Car Co. which was later acquired by Henry Ford. Cadillac used the concept of precision manufacturing AND interchangeable parts to win the Dewars Trophy earning the title of Standard of the World.
A description that always tickled me is, little to no rust. Ok…it has a little or no rust, which is it? Also, these days, vehicles with manual transmissions should be listed as having anti-theft devices. Young’uns today can’t drive manual transmissions. Can’t believe that I’m saying this but I really liked the Dodge wagon. I see potential there. I was a big fan of Danny Ongais. He could drive anything from drag cars to Indy cars and stock cars…and more. What a driver! “Vette”

That 1939 Ford Forder Deluxe is a good project for someone.
I agree Dennis! It would be an easy restoration!

I don't know the answer to number two or number three
These were tricky!
Solon im ready to roll with u buddy
Thanks for watching Joseph!
The 53 Chevy is NOT a Bel Air. It is a base model 150 as evidenced by the lack of chrome trim and the rubber stone guards on the rear quarters.

Hey Solon, that Hot Wheels you featured was based on Ed Big Daddy Roth's "BEATNICK BANDIT". i'd say around the early 60's. As usual, great show!👍
