Cleveland area weather forecast: Nuisance showers returning late week

Your 6 p.m. Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio weather forecast for May 8, 2024: The damp weather is sneaking back in through late week. With the rain chances we will also take a break from the mild air. Luckily, we are not expecting widespread chances. Showers will be isolated-to-scattered in nature. Meanwhile, a north breeze will continue to flow in keeping highs in the low 60s.
Friday we catch a break through the day but the north wind will keep us in the 50s. Another push of cool air will arrive Friday night into Saturday. Saturday is looking the wettest with widespread showers. We remain cool through Mother's Day.
