Now that I'm older and am not hyped by all the Sterek, I think Steter makes a little more sense than Sterek and I used to ship Sterek so hard. I saw a few clips of some of Stiles and Derek's interactions and all I could think of was 'has Derek always been that much of a dick to Stiles?' and then Peter goes with all his wit and sarcasm and just generally being a little shit and I was like, 'okay. okaaaaayyyyy.' And then I saw a few clips from S1 of Stiles and Peter's interactions and I was like, 'wait. was he fucking disappointed Stiles turned him down?' or 'what the shit? did he just compliment stiles?' and I don't really remember many of the characters complimenting Stiles. Might be a strange comparison, but Sterek is basically Pride&Prejudice and Steter is Emma. It depends on what you prefer or are in the mood for, I love both ships dearly, but same as you, I've come to appreciate the potential of Steter a lot more over the years, and they do make for a very interesting ship that makes a lot of sense actually!

I think these two would make sense because Peter loves to play, is morally grey and pretty powerful and he saw the potential in Stiles from the start. If Stiles had a bit more ambiguity and thirst for power in him, they could’ve been a force to reckon with.
Is it weird that I want them to make a Dracula film with Ian Bohen as Dracula, Dylan as Mina's or Van Hellsing's descendant/relative and he just becomes so obsessed with corrupting him? They just give me those vibes in this and it has a 'Lost Boys' (Vampo 80s film) vibe. Dylan could be first picked because he looks like Mina/Abraham but he realises Dylan is not against using darker means to protect himself and those he cares about, becoming a vessel for a demon is just one of them... This was amazingly done, Stiles & Peter could have been a duo of awesomeness.
dude I would EAT THIS UP! i love the whole villain corrupting the protagonist plotline but then finding out that the protagonist is not so innocent after all aka STETER that's some good shit right there!
