Don't keep quiet when they ask you the question that you don't know. Tell them that you will research on it and send the answer to them through email.

It happened to me, in my last interview, I was asked a question and I didn't know the answer right away…I asked the interviewer to repeat the question, and while she was doing that, I was processing the answer..I managed to come up with the answer… so I would ask them to repeat the question so I can buy some time to think and process the answer
