Alright xSilentxJokerx, all of these tips coming from me, and Elder God player will help you hopefully. And I'm a Scorpion main which is great to see another main :) (BTW when I say X, Y, A, or B that's the inputs since I see you're playing on Xbox) Tip #1: First of all, you're not doing your full strings, I'm seeing you are punishing by doing X, try your best to do XY, or even YX but what you should really do is use forward AY, because that leads to the most damage. If that was confusing leave a comment I will try to help you figure out your problems :) Tip #2: Next, at 1:37....never and i mean NEVER throw out spear in front of a players face, if that was on accident I get it, but if you are not able to hit the player do the full string (unless it's punishable ofc). If the player gets hit by YXB, you can't combo off of it with Ferra, you could use Janet, Mavado, but not Ferra. Also you're using Ferra, good. She has insane mix up options and try to use the command grab as much as possible because people that are low level tend to not duck much. You also need to learn the optimals of Ferra. Take this in slowly and lab it, YX, teleport, click up then kameo button, and press y (that will launch the opponent after the teleport), press B and then B again (yes you can fit 2 of them), then spear, then AY, then jump, (AIR) XY, down back Y amplified, here is the hard part for beginners, so after the amplified part, wait until the opponent drops towards the ground but barely doesn't hit it, and press 111 and down back Y. If this is too hard we can practice the combo if you are free. Okay this one, it's kind of a hit or miss...literally. You should upblock more because what it does is allow the hit to be punished because it's an overhead. BUTTTTT if you upblock and the opponent does an empty jump and grabs you, it's going to do more damage than usual, or they can do a full combo sometimes. So if they do that, use Back Y, it's Scorpions best anti-air. Ferra...so with Ferra when you do Ferra's low, do X, then B and spear and do the regular combo, YX reaches too far. BTW doing B makes combos do more damage. Lab as much as you can in the practice mode because it really helps, you can also find easier combos to do. Also Ferra gives Scorpion grab combos which is good if an opponent blocks too much : th-cam.com/video/SPiNgS8k_tY/w-d-xo.html Ok fighting Quan, you have the advantage, Scorpion has a teleport and if they like to uppercut you when you teleport right after you teleport duck, it will miss because it is a high and you can do a punish. You NEED to use fatal blow, it really helps, don't do it randomly you should do it in combos, but if somebody tries to mash you can do fatal blow randomly because it has armor. Using forward AB is a great ender you can also do the dash after it for more damage. When opponents duck spear that is because it is a high, if they duck it a lot, do amplified spear because it makes it a mid. You should add me! If your a new player don’t use scorpion Ferra, it wont help with learning fundamentals and will make u rely on scrub tactics too much
