I know right! I think it's D#11 add 13. I hear a 9 (E) in there too. Low D from the bass, F# from a baritone, a couple of G#s (they're the #11s), and a B in a sop(?) part, which is the 13.
It could also be understood as a Dmaj triad (D,A,F#) with an Emaj triad (E, G#, B) on top.
