the teleport issue is probably stick drift on one of your thumbsticks.. you can clean it but also often if you just message meta support they will send out a replacement.. sometimes even if you're past warranty on your first controllers as it is a common issue.

That fast movement is called stick drift I also had it . To fix this go to settings ,accessories and then go to controllers en reset the deadzone of your left controller. To reset it you’re gonna have to do some things and at last you can change your deadzone ,then you just tap your left controller and look where your controller is glitching. Then you move your deadzone to the edge where the glitching stops , sorry for the long explanation but happy your back man

That movement bug is also on PSVR2. If you slightly move the thumbstick in specific directions its like a rapid step movement with that tick noise. I could do it where I was moving in a circle at like 100kph.

Btw when moving by yourself your controller probably has stick drift it’s when there is build of dirty materials inside of your controllers and it moves by itself it happen with me two but just get one of the dust sprays for electronics then you should be ok
