  • The hardest thing about getting a Hypertrophy (or any) program created is simply starting it, and then knowing where you're going with it.
    But it doesn't have to be hard!
    Coach Nathan lays out a simple process for our certificate 3/4 students in this last look inside our Hypertrophy workshop.
    Here it is:
    1. Determine your frequency.
    2. Determine your volume. This should be "Effective sets per muscle group per week".
    3. Select exercises. Don't overthink it.
    4. Determine your load (RIR vs % vs RPE) and your use of proximity to failure.
