Collecting Data for Continuous Improvement

To drive action through continuous improvement efforts, data must be collected and analyzed. This video describes seven data collection methods used to inform continuous improvement activities, such as real-world incident after-action reviews. The seven common data collection methods include direct observations, data reviews, documentation reviews, surveys, interviews, hotwashes and focus groups.
