Ebenezer Ntsiful on working with CAN to transform land use planning in Ghana

‘Clement [CAN Data Science Fellow] came with the programming knowledge and also the data analysis point of view. We trained him on how to use shape files, how to prepare maps, and how the attributes data that supports the operations using GIS software works. So he added that up with his data background to develop the database and it has been very good for us.’
Ebenezer Ntsiful, from the Land Use Spatial Planning Authority (LUSPA), discusses his work with CAN Fellow Clement Danso to build a new national database to streamline land use planning applications and accelerate development projects in Ghana.
