Mine gets 17.5 miles per gallon. 14’ cp. no mods. Lightning fast shifter. At 40 k miles it’s been bulletproof. Drive train and motor are rock solid. Total quality and attention to detail on the interior. It does lack things like remote start, the lane detection light is in an awful spot on the mirror and some of the electronic features are gimmicky and need more thought. The f10 M5 is a road handling beast with gobs of power and torque. Don’t knock it till you drive one 😉

The turbo's being inside the V may reduce spool time but it also makes things INCREDIBLY difficult to replace, not to mention incredibly expensive. when the turbos fail -and they WILL fail, they're gonna be a nightmare to change... not only labor-wise, but cost-wise as well... interesting to see how all that goes.. hopefully they're more durable than the twins they put on the N54's in the 335i which those turbos died around the 60-80k mile mark...

Not a knock on you btw i repsect your opinion its always genuine. Anyways its funny thay when the f10 was new theyd all say m division killed it car is sick. Now that f90 is out "o the old car sucked ass". Car journalists are so cute. I dont mind watching it for the images/information on cars but theyre always on repeat. Nothing new or real to say. Just search the vocab find something that applies ans say it. Why not expose car makers for charging to much for this and that why inform people hey its kinda soft but if you wanna fix that go aftermarket with this and that. 90% dont know how to change oil. Another thing is they dont even care to point out specific details about a car certain lines working together with shadows to form other lines etc etc. Someone needs to shed light on the bs. Fucken monkeys apart from chris harris and few other mainstream guys are real. Sick video btw have f10 love it have not run into a faster car on road yet haha. Apart from a friend of a friends 488 gtb but there wasnt much in it.

  • @SHWELL11

I like to take a look back at reviews to see where they were right, where they may have been off, and where they flat out lied.. I mention this because I couldnt get passed all the mention of a lack of sound. I guess Auto Journalist are why manufacturers pump faux engine sounds into cars now.... They mention sound, but also mention things like Road noise in their reviews.. Which one is it? Want to hear the exhaust, lower the back seats (If able) and you'll get that added sound. I have an F10 535i with a Dinan Axle Back Exhaust and Resonator delete and the sound in the cabin isnt very noticeable (Which doesnt bother me, especially on roadtrips). When I want to really hear it without opening the Windows, I drop the rear seats and that sound from the Boot adds just enough to make it music to my ears.

But I do have a 2JZGTE Mk3 Supra Turbo I’m building - all that’s left are intercooler piping, triple fuel pump setup (E85) and engine wiring harness install.
My daily is an 06’ G35 Coupe. I would have a BMW M4, if not for my G35 and Supra right now; if you put the two vehicles together (month expenses, mods, etc), you pretty much get an M4.

it can do about 30 highway if conditions permit. My mom did a 800 mile trip (all highway) on one tank of gas in her heavier f13 m6. Which is about 38 mpg average considering it has a 21 gallon tank. That's a pretty amazing number for that level of car.

Depends on what you mean. The F10 M5’s are reliable as far as i know, as long as you take care of them as usually.
The first and second production year of the normal 520d though, those are absolute shit bags on wheels and i don’t understand how BMW couldn’t recall them. The timing chain tensioner went out almost immediately which resulted in engine getting dusted completely.

Same headlights, same taillights, 85% have the same old boring square body shape, same grills. It's just blah even this expensive model, Marcus is reviewing wouldnt make me look twice, if it drove past me. At least as I'm driving my Supra, it looks nothing like any other model from Toyota. Driving this v10 bmw you wouldnt get a 2nd look considering it looks like at least 12 other DIFFERENT models in the beamer line up. Just saying besides having 650 hp in a boat, its BLAH. You know what I'm saying is true when you feel the need to defend this car. Those red seats would get old real fast, and it's basically automatic, really lame. Real drivers cars are sadly not as popular these days.

Slushy? Lol other than pdk whays better? Obese ya but its luxury vehicle and as for the gizmos theyre pretty useful some of them. Their M cars are losing it imo but someone that saw the early days of m could say same thing for e92 m3.

You sound crazy man smh bmw was the first since 2008 smh, go do your research before saying stuff, ferarri had it in f1 cars in there 80s and Ford in the 60s but for normal production petrol engine cars it's bmw
