Loves this. I’m an ovarian cancer survivor. I have gone through period pain since a little girl. Endometriosis etc. the pain is not often like when I was younger. Have gone through egg stimulation/preservation last year… etc. Hugs ❤🙏🏼. The lord is with us and our healer. Thank you lord for all these healthy resources. I’ve recently started a symbiotic pre/probiotic, castor oil packs, vitamins, prayer, worship, 4-5 walks a day with my dog. I’m going to try the bone broth recipe!

Thank you Cambria! Ever since I discovered your channel about six months ago, you have been such an inspiration for me along my healing journey! Your words of wisdom especially rang true today as I have been suffering from chronic undiagnosed anemia, GI issues, etc. for the last 10-15 years and things have recently gotten worse again after I thought I was on the right track. It's so challenging not to fall into and remain in a state of despair when it seems all is lost, but I am desperately clinging onto the hope that indeed the Lord does make all things new. Maybe not in our arbitrary timelines, but in God's perfect timing we will be healed.

You are not alone with trying not to fall in despair, I’m praying you feel the love of Hod so close to you tonight, and as you wait on him that he would heal you in every way. Sending you the biggest hug my friend 🤍

Hi Cambria 😊 I have been following you for years and have learned so much from your videos. I also have your book, ‘Growing Strong’ and re-read it every time I need encouragement. ❤ Thank you for continuing to be a shining light in a dark world. ✨I have been battling with anxiety/ depression, and you always help to inspire and uplift me. One thing I have changed in my diet recently for my gut health is that I have switched to mushroom coffee. It is gentle on my stomach and gives me energy and focus without the jitters/ caffeine crashes. ☕️ Hope you have a beautiful and blessed day. ♥️

Cambria this video made me cry!!! Thank you for speaking truth even in the small things. Came here to see how you heal your gut because its something I really want to focus on due to my terrible acne. Something I’ve started to implement everyday is just simply getting outside and going for a little walk.

I went through a very stressful season last summer when I moved into a new home and I thought I was supporting my body by exercising really hard, going for 5 mile walks in the heat, and fasting for 17-18 hours and basically under eating. All of this wrecked my body and digestion. I was sore everyday and had a pain in my side. I have recently started taking bioptimizers magnesium and LMNT. GAME CHANGER. I have gone back and watched a lot of your videos again and incorporated a lot of your tips for gut health. Thank you for everything you share! It is so motivating ❤

So many of your videos are so moving but this one hit me more. I’ve been working on my gut health for the last couple of years and it’s a process like you said. I started with a functional medicine detox and now I’m moving into a cbo protocol to help with my overgrowth issues. What I’ve learned through gut healing is regulating my emotions and taking time to relax my mind. That’s helped immensely for me! ✨

I've had to take several rounds of antibiotics over the past 5 months for post-oral surgery to get an implant done. So, my favorite way to support my gut is eating fermented foods! My mom makes them and they are the best! She makes sauerkraut, yogurt, kombucha, and pickled watermelon (my favorite)! The longer it sits, the better the bacteria! Hello Cambria,
I have started drinking lemon in the am and bone broth. I have been binge watching all your videos. And trying to incorporate more things to support my gut. So it can be healthy and poop daily( I know tmi). Even with just started to eat more healthy exercising, I recently had a doctors appointment this week and was sad to here my A1c was not where it needs to be. I was so overwhelmed and filled with mixed emotions. I so felt you in this video and was crying with you. Especially when you talked about fear. I now have a fear of eating to not have my sugar raise. I have stared reading this book called Love Body to help me understand how to have a normal blood sugar throughout the day. I just want to say thank you and please keep sharing the great knowledge spiritual and food recipes for the soul. I really enjoy it. Thank you again, I feel like this Beas made for me at the right time. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am going to keep pushing and striving to get my health where it needs to be. Love you. And thank you again.

I love your videos! I have learned so much and started incorporating a lot of your ideas into my routine. I got the LMNT packs and the beef liver capsules you use. What I do for gut health is make my own yogurt in an instant pot. I ferment it for 24 hours as opposed to the 4-6 hours store bought yogurt often is fermented. I make a breakfast parfait with homemade granola that also has chia and flax seeds. Top with pepitas and wheat germ. So filling! My gut health is decent, but I’m trying to get my boyfriend to eat more probiotic foods, but he’s a pilot and travels a lot. A capsule would be super helpful for him while he’s on the road!

I would say the #1 thing I recently started doing to love on my gut is take probiotics lol! I have taken 2 months so far but recently ran out and haven’t bought more yet haha. Also loved this video! I cried with you as you cried. There is so much hurt in this world in so many different ways. I have felt like I have been in a dark period for this entire year, but like you said, while not all things are good, everything works together for God’s good ❤️❤️

So happy my sister introduced you to me I believe over a year ago now. How time flies. I'm always looking to improve my fitness and health and I LOVE your book and I'm so excited for your new one to come out. I really want to try this probiotic but it will have to wait until I can afford it. My kitty just cystotomy surgery this last week and made a major ouch in the bank account. Worth it to keep my furry friend healthy. She is on the road to recovery and is doing well. Planning to make homemade bone broth rather than buy it I have a feeling I will enjoy it more than the store bought I get. I love George's aloe vera and LOVE that it has no taste. I'm also always taking magnesiuem and got my husband started on it too! Much love! :)

Hi Cambria..I can't begin to tell you what a blessing your channel has been. I came across your book and purchased it immediately. The reviews were amazing and I see why. I am in Chapter 6..I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to shift their focus and mindset. I have been stuck in a battle that I can't seem to overcome in my weight loss. I was doing WW and honestly so tired of counting..entering everything in my phone..and not seeing lasting results. WW has canceled all of our in person workshops and that was really sad. I felt like God was telling me to let go of the mindset of WW and the number on the scale was what was important. Eating healthy is! I suffer with horrible gut issues and have tried many pro and probiotics. Maybe I am choosing the wrong ones? I have started taking AG1 greens. I do see an improvement in my energy..still waiting on the gut? I just wanted to thank you for sharing your heart..your home..and your healthy living approach . I am journaling as I go thru the book and it really helps. I am so sorry for your loss..prayers for you and your husband. Take care..have a blessed Easter. Jesus is Alive😇

Thank you so much for always sharing Cambria. It really helps me to find new ways to support my overall health! I drink bone broth (store bought- want to try to make my own soon) everyday with a few added scoops of collagen powder for my gut. It’s funny- I had on my to do list today “figure out what to do with extra ginger root” (after having leftovers from a recipe). Then, in this video, you mentioned making ginger tea with apple cider vinegar!! I’m boiling the water now haha! Thank you so much- hope you are doing well.

After years of disordered eating, I have been on a journey to truly nourish and replenish my body. Some steps I take to support my gut health include intuitive/mindful eating, eating every 3 hours, making sure I am including protein, fat, and carbs (and some fiber!) in each meal, and taking magnesium every night before bed!

Waking up early has really helped my gut! I'm an EARLY riser...like 4:30am (and I need Jesus to get me going every day lol). I notice that by simply waking up early I am allowing my body to finish settling from the night prior and usually after drinking some hot turmeric and ginger tea it's time for the morning bowel movement (tmi lol). This opens up space for me to eat and not feel like I am packing food on top of undigested food. Also, thanks for the helpful tips as always love!!
