I think since Ravenpaw didn't want to injure cats, he would have made a better apprentice to Spottedleaf and Yellowfang than Tigerclaw. He would have made a great medicine cat.
no, he is too introverted for Yellowfang. If Spottedleaf was still alive, she would have been a better mentor because she is more gentle. The only reason Cinderpelt and Yellowfang were a good pair was that Cinderpelt could bite back. Also i get you commented this a year ago XD.

The fact that i was a tiny 5-year-old when this map released, still this music gives the same vibes that i gained from 2014 - 2015, and gives me pure nostalgia even tough i never listened to this before. Also this map gave me tiny chills, the animators did a good job!

... So this was an adventure. I've never made a map this quickly and editing 51 parts was absolute horror - but oh my god I love it so much. It was totally worth it. Everyone did brilliantly. And even thought the unique framing was never mentioned in the map parts video, it sort of formed on it's own and flowed throughout the map and made it that much more interesting for me. I'm still screaming because of all the amazing parts and people who took part and probably won't stop. Thank you all so much for taking part in this spontaneous project
I have to say this is way better than the little fang map, and that was one of my favorites, and I love how everyone has their own unique art style. I also love this song. Great Work. :3

I always avert away for a little while... But I always come back to my original maps. I miss the old days when I just watched this map over and over again, and remember when I was stalking the parts until it was finished. I absolutely love it, it's more than just hard work, it's commitment and passion. I love all animators, they're more than just people. They have such amazing talents and no words can describe how amazing every animator is. Hopefully I can get back into the swing of things, since I've taken a very long break from animating. I miss everything about this map, thank you WhiskerMoon, for producing this, and thank you to every animator who contributed their time and effort into this beautiful product.
TRUE WORDS! Animators are special. They are able to make MOVING PICTURES that take HOURS to do. I have never animated nor do I draw all that good. I respect animators because its tough. Anyone who thinks it is easy needs to wake up and watch a livestream of someone working on a map part or a animated series. The amount of work they have to do is just mindblowing. The fact that all these people made their part within a 48 hour window deserves a fucking cookie and a party.

I keep going back to this video for nostalgic memories. I grew up with these. Currently 21 now, and these videos would be reminding me of a simpler, more happy life. Thank you all for what you all have done with your hard work and skills. I love you all for what you've done for me and a lot of other fans. I was going through a tough time within my life and all of you guys have gotten me through life's toughest challenges. I love Warriors and I love these MAPs/AMVs you guys created. Does anybody else every want to just read the first series of warriors again? I usually do, right now actually. It brings back so many breathless memories, one of when I was so excited about the battle with BloodClan, I went to read outside in the freezing cold! I was so excited, and Tammy family was having a party, and I didn't want to be disturbed. I was so exciteddddd. Then I remember when Yellowfang died, I was out to eat. I couldn't cry because I was in public. I miss those books so much. This map made me smile, through the whole thing. Thank you.
I really miss the first arc, to be honest. Not only were the territories more fleshed out and appropriate (in my opinion, at least), I simply miss first delving into my first Warriors book, the smell of the pages, the cold Autumn, reading Forest of Secrets in a lamplit room. I miss Smudge, Princess, Barley and especially Ravenpaw. I really wonder what became of them, or some of their adventures. I know for sure that there was an ebook called "Ravenpaw's Farewell" about the death of him, and what happened before that. I wonder how Barley is? He was an adult cat in Into the Wild. He must be ever so old if he's still alive now..

its cus Longtail wasn't trying and he was to proud, so he just played with little old Rusty, but Rusty's determination and want (and prophecy) brought him victory.
I must say, Moon, this map is the one that I still find myself coming back to even after all these years. The work and style put into this map is phenomenal, and the canvas that formed slowly around the artwork scattered throughout the various parts of the map? Spectacular! Each of the animators did an amazing job timing the movements of the characters on screen and I cannot simply put into words how much time and effort you must've put into editing all of this together. Coming back to this map in 2018 truly has a lot of nostalgia. I applaud your work and effort, and am excited to see more of your maps in the future!
the thing i love the most about firestar is that he never gets rid of his troublemaker streak he always manages to get in trouble even as a leader i feel like if firestar were human he's be most like James potter (from harry potter)

Oh my goodness. This MAP is honestly one of my top favourites. I have a sort of preference for scripted MAPs with set designs and such since they seem to come out neater in my opinion, and this is a fine example of that. The black and white colour scheme for very well with the song and everybody's parts were so fluid and wonderfully animated. Well done to the participants ^^
I have intense instant nostalgia when I hear this song, especially in relation to this MAP. It's so well made, and I've been listening to it for years now. I guess I've been through a lot of different things while having known it, and the meaning adapts to whatever the listener needs. Great song, and wonderful MAP.
I want to thank you so much for making and organizing this video. I'm going to start off with this: I'm not a huge fan of warrior cats. I've followed the story by watching animated videos like this one, but only ever read the first book as a kid. But this video. The animation style. The song. This has become my very favorite song. Depression got the best of me over the last year or so, and I'm returning to drawing in my sketchbook for the first time in over a year. I have this song as well as a few others on blast while I reacquaint myself with my prismacolors. The stuff I've drawn over the past few days is pretty awful looking, but at least I'm finally drawing again. Thank you.

This is still to this day my favorite Warriors MAP. Everyone did such lovely jobs and the song fits the theme WAY too well. And the way that the atmosphere made it look papery, like a storybook, brought on nostalgia for the series that only the first series of books can bring to me. I love it :'D

WARNING: SPOILERS FOR INTO THE WILD - THE DARKEST HOUR!!!! 0:21-1:21: Rusty(the house cat) joining Thunderclan. 1:21-1:45: The fight with Longtail. Rusty,now Firepaw being accepted into Thunderclan,with his new friends Graypaw and Ravenpaw. 1:45-1:49: Ravenpaw's fear of his mentor, Tigerclaw because the apprentice is hiding his mentor's horrible secret. i'm not gonna say it. 2:01-2:23: Tigerclaw leaves Thunderclan to converse with a certain Bloodclan cat about his plans. ( you fans just love that cat) 2:24-2:44: Firepaw and Graypaw, now Fireheart and Graystripe take Ravenpaw to Barley's barn when Ravenpaw sadly becomes a threat to Thunderclan. 2:44-3:06: Upon return, Fireheart attacks Tigerclaw when he spots him attacking Bluestar in her den. Tigerclaw is then exiled. 3:06-3:12: Tigerclaw to Tigerstar, leader of Shadowclan. 3:13-3:19: Lion and Tiger prophecy 3:19-3:29: Graystripe asking Fireheart, now Firestar to help him see his kit's. 3:19-3:39: Stonefur's death :( 3:39-4:13: Events leading to the Tigerclan and Bloodclan v.s Lionclan showdown Hope this helps!!

I must say, Moon, this map is the one that I still find myself coming back to even after all these years.
The work and style put into this map is phenomenal, and the canvas that formed slowly around the artwork scattered throughout the various parts of the map? Spectacular!
Each of the animators did an amazing job timing the movements of the characters on screen and I cannot simply put into words how much time and effort you must've put into editing all of this together.
Coming back to this map in 2018 truly has a lot of nostalgia. I applaud your work and effort, and am excited to see more of your maps in the future!

Associations are funny - spotify recommended me this song, and I immediately thought about this video, that came out 8 years ago. I'll probably feel the same in another 8 years.
Oh my goodness. This MAP is honestly one of my top favourites. I have a sort of preference for scripted MAPs with set designs and such since they seem to come out neater in my opinion, and this is a fine example of that. The black and white colour scheme for very well with the song and everybody's parts were so fluid and wonderfully animated. Well done to the participants ^^
Just went to my second Lord Huron concert. This warrior cats video introduced me to my longtime favorite band now.
I have intense instant nostalgia when I hear this song, especially in relation to this MAP. It's so well made, and I've been listening to it for years now.
I guess I've been through a lot of different things while having known it, and the meaning adapts to whatever the listener needs.

I'm going to start off with this: I'm not a huge fan of warrior cats. I've followed the story by watching animated videos like this one, but only ever read the first book as a kid. But this video. The animation style. The song. This has become my very favorite song.
Depression got the best of me over the last year or so, and I'm returning to drawing in my sketchbook for the first time in over a year. I have this song as well as a few others on blast while I reacquaint myself with my prismacolors. The stuff I've drawn over the past few days is pretty awful looking, but at least I'm finally drawing again.

This is still to this day my favorite Warriors MAP. Everyone did such lovely jobs and the song fits the theme WAY too well. And the way that the atmosphere made it look papery, like a storybook, brought on nostalgia for the series that only the first series of books can bring to me. I love it :'D

To be honest, this is probably my favorite map. No matter how simple, the song goes way too well with the concept. I love the effects and I love how it just all comes together. I always avert away for a little while... But I always come back to my original maps. I miss the old days when I just watched this map over and over again, and remember when I was stalking the parts until it was finished. I absolutely love it, it's more than just hard work, it's commitment and passion. I love all animators, they're more than just people. They have such amazing talents and no words can describe how amazing every animator is. Hopefully I can get back into the swing of things, since I've taken a very long break from animating. I miss everything about this map, thank you WhiskerMoon, for producing this, and thank you to every animator who contributed their time and effort into this beautiful product.

0:21-1:21: Rusty(the house cat) joining Thunderclan.
1:21-1:45: The fight with Longtail. Rusty,now Firepaw being accepted into Thunderclan,with his new friends Graypaw and Ravenpaw.
1:45-1:49: Ravenpaw's fear of his mentor, Tigerclaw because the apprentice is hiding his mentor's horrible secret. i'm not gonna say it.
2:01-2:23: Tigerclaw leaves Thunderclan to converse with a certain Bloodclan cat about his plans. ( you fans just love that cat)
2:24-2:44: Firepaw and Graypaw, now Fireheart and Graystripe take Ravenpaw to Barley's barn when Ravenpaw sadly becomes a threat to Thunderclan.
2:44-3:06: Upon return, Fireheart attacks Tigerclaw when he spots him attacking Bluestar in her den. Tigerclaw is then exiled.
3:06-3:12: Tigerclaw to Tigerstar, leader of Shadowclan.
3:13-3:19: Lion and Tiger prophecy
3:19-3:29: Graystripe asking Fireheart, now Firestar to help him see his kit's.
3:19-3:39: Stonefur's death :(
3:39-4:13: Events leading to the Tigerclan and Bloodclan v.s Lionclan showdown
