As a Sara without an h, I can firmly say Sarah was not ready for this game.
@elasticdroid when you hold your breath your blood still has oxygen. When you pass out from lack of oxygen do to the oxygen in your blood getting converted to co2 in your blood. Then you have no o2 left. Its 7-10 minutes after this stage where brain damage occurs. 39:09
That might not be exactly right, but that's what I remember.

The 3-5 minute thing is actually correct. Even the Google search said (if you read the whole thing) that permanent brain damage begins at 4 minutes without oxygen. Plus, after about 3 minutes without oxygen you start to get drowsy. Hold your breath isn’t an accurate representation because you take an inhale beforehand.
The first sentence literally said for an unconscious person someone who is out cold not awake
