there was an article where the creators of the crown said they knew where the right place to stop would be. Plus each season goes through numerous of years. I thought it would go to her death but that would be having more seasons for william and kates wedding, them having kids, megan and harrys wedding. obviously i know these characters are based on real people (and i was a kid when the royal wedding of william and kate happened and it was one of the most gorgeous things i've seen on tv!) but somehow their storyline and the way they're characterized makes it feel like it's something of it's own in a sense, sort of like those teen dramas from the early 2000's. wish we got more scenes, i loved the chemistry between ed and meg onscreen!

Am I the only one who found their scenes kinda sketchy. Tbh I don’t know how realistic this is to real life coz it’s a TV show. But it was awkward and a little weird. Especially the insinuations about Kate’s mum. And I feel like they didn’t really look much like the people they were playing. 😅

As soon as The Crown started Williams story I zoned out I’ve loved every episode until than. In real life William is such a droll persona that it even shows on this tv programme I think I’m going to fall to sleep watching him and the social climber Kate getting hitched up
