does anyone know if this has the turn signal camera like in the santa fe and palisade?
If you are referring to if there is a camera input being displayed on a tachometer connected to a turn signal, Elantra does not have that feature. There is abundant lane changes and POV drives on my latest upload, check it out! :D

Just found your channel. I'm in the market for a lease replacement soon. I saw the 2021 sketches awhile back, glad they stuck close to the design. I love geometric shapes or as you say parametric design. This car appeals to me very much interior and exterior. You talked about the trunk lid with many converging lines to a conclusion. Toyota used the same idea on the Toyota Corolla hatchback. They used high impact fiberglass and I suspect Hyndai used it in this application also. Cheers from California💪😎
Right, Hyundai calls it Parametric design. They designed the car utilizing "parameters", hence the name. The trunk design seem to be the market trend lately, also observable on a latest K5, or Optima for the US market. I own a 2006 Hyundai Tucson, 2012 Hyundai Azera, and a 2019 Genesis G70.

I love the lines on the new Elantra.

A nice antique gold and other metallic colors would also bring out the triangular designs quite nicely as well.
So true. I hope there would've been a bit more colors to choose from, given 4 major colors are all gray-based.

I have a 2018 and my only complaint is that the plastics of the bumpers are really very very bad with a slight blow they break when in most of the cars they just press and nothing happens

Avante is definitely a cooler name than Elantra. That's what I searched to get here actually, wanted to see more about it but had exhausted all the north american 'Elantra" first looks lol

A lot of markering/designer speak here. Everything on the exterior but the front reminds me of a Honda Civic. I actually thought those. The blue looks the best in my opinion. Side profile is definitely its weakness. The plastic rear passenger window has a cheap looking hunk of plastic that detracts. The Mazda 3 still has the best exterior in this class
I really hope to see those cars in Korea too, then I'd be able to compare one another 😭

It did to me too, at first, but think I got used to it now. The design doesn't seem too much no more :P
