    This paddle immediately elevated my game. The longer handle makes it very easy to handle and maneuver. The dwell time and control is excellent. I feel much more in tune with my game with this paddle

    Been playing with the Flow for the past month or so and I absolutely love the paddle! I bought this paddle as an upgrade from the Prism Flash and have been really impressed with it. I prefer a control game and this paddle has really helped me improve my dinks and resets as a newer player. The hybrid shape and swing-weight really work for my style of play. I have been considering picking up the Mach 2 Forza as another alternative but given how happy I am with the Neonic Flow, I'm not sure it is worth the expense at this time.

      Glad you like it, this is definitely the paddle I recommend when people want just a step above the PF16. Just a step up in power and pop but still manageable to learn control and the soft game

      @@TickleMyPickleballIs there any reason to choose the Prism Flash over this paddle today? I'm a beginner looking to upgrade from a $15 starter paddle to my first serious paddle. Thanks!

      @@nikhilmaddirala The Prism Flash will give you a bit more control. It's more of a beginner friendly paddle while the Neonic Flow has more power

    Nice video. The Neonic Flow is a great paddle. Yes, a bit less power and control over the DBD, which I sold, and way less pop and plushness, IMHO. I can go between the Vatic Prism and Flow with not much adjustment. I really love the Prism too. The pop off the face of the DBD, at times, made it hard to control when going for low percentage shots. I'm a 4.0 player for reference.

      Less power, control, pop and plush and you went with the Flow?

      @lazyhusband I guess I didn't make myself clear. The dbd has more pop and his harder to control than the flow, imho.

    Perfect review. We have DBD 14mm and wanted to know if it would give us more control. Nice comparison here. We will use discount code to buy one.

    • @traderfjp
      @traderfjp 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I had a Black Diamond and DBD. Great paddles but the ball flies off the face making them hard to control at times. The Neonic is more plush and has about the same power. The Vatic Flash is also an excellent paddle. I sold my Six Zero paddles. I tested these paddles against a Joola Hyperion C2 and got rid of that paddle too. Great paddle but on par with the Neonic.

    How does this paddle handle vibrations/reverbations? I have some tennis elbow so looking for a paddle that can absorb and handle impact to reduce shock to my forearm.

    • @TickleMyPickleball
      @TickleMyPickleball  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      So it's on the softer end for a thermoformed paddle and won't have a stiff feedback like many of the other thermos out there. But i don't know if it will reduce vibrations as well as the pro kennex paddles which are meant to reduce vibrations

    You have to choose one of the following to play with the next month or the next few tournaments: DBD 16, Neonic Flow, Pickleball Apes S - Which do you choose :)
    Also I have theory that plushness is simply what kind of material is used in the handle to create the hexagon shape. Usually this can be rigid foam, eva stiff foam, eva soft foam, wood, plastic, etc.. The softer the material the plusher it will feel as less vibration/direct feel will go into your hand. For a long time I thought plushness had to do with the surface material in some way, but I no longer think that.
    If you have tennis elbow, you probably want soft EVA foam in the handle to reduce vibration. If you want real feel of what is happening off the paddle, you probably want wood or very rigid foam.
    Also thank you for your reviews!
