Talofa lava everyone from our Motherland Samoa, greetings to you all in the Name of JESUS!
We welcome you all to join us in this vlog as we hike up Mt. Vaea via Robert Louis Stevenson trail. We love our mountain hikes, but this one was a great challenge, the heat and humidity contributing factors, we praise God for strength to make it to the top and to see a beautiful part of history, the resting place of Robert Louis Stevenson and his wife Fanny, both whom were dearly loved and valued by the people of Samoa. History tells us that the men who carried RLS to his final resting place on the summit of Mt. Vaea were paid 20cents per step, this was in 1894. A hike well worth the view from the top and to see history firsthand.

Yeah my parents use to tell us stories like they use to walk like 10 miles to school barefoot in the blistering heat, and when you get older and go to Samoa to. visit their villages it’s no where near 10 miles! 🤣🤣🤣… be safe you two..alofas from Texas 🇺🇸🇺🇸
