I very much doubt it. It didn't do well In the US domestically. It only managed to be profitable overseas. Considering how long it's been since it was released I doubt they'd risk a live action sequel.
There is always a chance later on when people run out of ideas. It was a relatively good movie that, as u said, did well overseas. Puss in boots didnt look like it would get a sequal but low and behold the absolute cinema they made.@marktoms5371
