I’m half way through Harveys BRRR course and so far has great information No steps have been skipped and full details from start to finish I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to start in property investing.
Enjoyed the video and learned a lot... But I'll be honest, I think the start of the phone call needs updating. The cringey small-talk makes you sound like a cold-caller, I think that would put a lot of people on the back foot immediately, including me. I think the small talk should be left until the end, so you can start to build a working relationship after the initial propositions. Other than that, I learned a lot... Many thanks!!
