40 Hamburgers And A Side Order Of Jumbo Fries was my favourite song. Only kidding, John McCoy is a legend and pretty much everything he was involved with was great.
I DON'T KNOW WHY SOMEONE WON'T POST THIS WHOLE LP ON TH-cam BECAUSE THIS WHOLE LP KICKS ASS !!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD HAVE IT POSTED ON HERE IF I KNEW HOW BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW.
OMG Ive been looking for this song for like years and just found it today . its just one of the best rock song i have ever heard in my life . i had a tape of all there songs but they got lost when i moved away .this just brings back good memories for me . thanks for putting it on here you've made me so happy :-) awesome awesome
I still can’t believe I became a fan of them since I listened to “Can’t Take The Hurt” on the soundtrack for “A Nightmare on Elm Street V: The Dream Child”. Too bad they didn’t make it as super rock stars. They were amazing. They were different. They weren’t thin. They were big guys. They would have taught to todays generation kids that fat guys can be cool too. I would have given a kidney for they to be part of the greatest rock stars cult and see them still playing live today like KISS, Iron Maiden, Metallica and many others do. So... Thumbs up if you think Big Guys can rock too. By any chance... Does anyone know what kind of shoes did Nicky Moore use for this video?. I just love them. I want my own.
It would have been a great travesty had we never got the album. So many quality albums just never had that bit of luck. Just like my fave band Shy ! Mammoth were and always will be a great band.
Bloody brilliant should have been a smash. I think tastes were changing by the time this came out. A couple of years earlier and they would have been megastars.
I bought their album mamoth when it first came out still have excellent stuff. some one told me that if you wanted to be in the band you had to be over 20 stone when they first started up .
i totally came across this video by mistake searching for something else, but it was an awesome mistake, i honestly never heard of these guys (was 2 at the time) but now i am going to have to check out their stuff..
One of the truly great underrated artists of our time. A superb band whose music was overlooked by a generation of idiots who could only concentrate on their size.
Just looked this up because I went to college with Nickys son Steve who used to plug it big time (I even bought it on vinyl) . Was wondering how he is now but had no luck finding him.
Great song awesome musicians. Proof good music is not about looks! This comment comes from someone that lost 95 lbs. And has kept it off for over 3 years!
£60 wow I've got all the three singles on 12", Fatman on 7" and the album... This band should have been as huge as their size, sound and stage presence.

"although an incident in Leeds meant that the band had to request a specially reinforced stage at all future gigs, due to the concentrated pressure of some 1200 pounds (plus allowance for on stage exuberance)." LOL

Mammoth were amazing. fantastic vocals and musicians who could really play. Why wasn't this band bigger?
Any bigger than this, they would've expired...
Just seen Vinny and Andy (Tequila mockingbird) Fantastic as ever x

This and Gillan, Glory road. Hand in hand class,. Story of my life.
A friend of mine and I were cruising around back in the day in my car and this song came on and we remarked how they sounded a little like KISS.
Remember them on Hard'n'heavy VHS magazine!
Jon Mcoy Bass is awesome and Moores vocals are mint. I was 17 when this came out cut off denim patuli oil the lot!!
Nicky Moore was still gigging with the Blues corporation with sons Timmy and Junior last year not sure about this year yet.
Haven't heard this since it back then. I remember seeing the video on tv at the time.
It would have been a great travesty had we never got the album. So many quality albums just never had that bit of luck. Just like my fave band Shy ! Mammoth were and always will be a great band.
This mega-drumset looks/sounds awesome!
Bloody brilliant should have been a smash. I think tastes were changing by the time this came out. A couple of years earlier and they would have been megastars.
Nicky Moore and Sam Kinison...separated at birth?
...I still remember! A pity they didn't make it farther in the music world.
schnarre0 It was because of the size prejudice that still exists in the entertainment industry...sad.

Jon McCoy was doing the Kerry King look long before Kerry King.
God, I can remember the advert in Kerrrang magazine! I almost applied being 6' 3" and 20 stone, but decided not to.
So many good bands I never heard about in the 80s.
i totally came across this video by mistake searching for something else, but it was an awesome mistake, i honestly never heard of these guys (was 2 at the time) but now i am going to have to check out their stuff..

The great Bernie Tormé on guitar. But being thin he is kept in the background.
