    You should do a video on all your rental properties!! My fiancé and I just bought our first home in November and because of the market our home has already gone up 10% in value! We plan to rent it out in about a year and a half too.

      We did one other rental property video a while back about our other rentals! But I know, it’s crazy! It’s a good time to own Real Estate!

      Life has been crazy man! We have put some more focus on our Amazon business and that’s really been taking up all my time right now. I’m hoping it will go well enough that I can start making videos on just thought though 😊

      @@CameronSadie Ah, gotcha. Totally understand, life can get crazy. Yes, TH-cam can be a full-time job, that's for sure. I had to reduce my side-hustle hours myself to make more time for editing. It's hard to balance the two on top of a full time job!

    • @CameronSadie
      @CameronSadie  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yea I think I was trying to do too many things at once haha. I’m going to try and build up Amazon and optimize it and then hopefully hop back on TH-cam after.

    2:55 Lifestyle inflation is real! It happened to us after we got our first "real" job. I kept wondering how in the world we had less money in the bank account after tripling our income.
    Do you do any budgeting apps? I haven't watched all of your videos so sorry if you've already talked about it. Once we started keeping a budget we just keep living how we've been living, and every raise we get we just put straight into savings/investments.

    • @CameronSadie
      @CameronSadie  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The only budgeting app I use is the free version of Dave Ramsey’s EveryDollar app. I go through credit and debit card statements each week and add them to that app so I can see everything in one place!

    • @gigiq2589
      @gigiq2589 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@CameronSadie I've heard that's a pretty good app. My brother and sister both use it (my brother is in what I call the "Ramsey-cult-- cash only, etc-- but hey, it's working for him!). I use mint, but honestly any app where you're just keeping track makes all the difference! Even if you don't make a "real" budget, just seeing where the money is going is half the battle, and just seeing it usually makes people change their habits.

    Have you started seeing real profit from your amazon store ? And how do you find items to sale ?

    • @CameronSadie

      I wouldn’t say real profits quite yet. We have a few products that are being launched soon though that’ll hopefully do good 🤞🏻

      @@CameronSadie Thanx bro I'm literally home today from a just cesspool of negativity of a job because I couldn't deal with them lol (messed up!!!) today, so remote programming machines and podcasting playing over and over all the success to come as I sit here analyzing and trying to keep the positive mentality that I've been trying to train myself the past 6mo to year. Taking small steps now which matters but good to see like minded people such as yourselves and doing it very helpful and inspiring!!!

    This kind of makes me sad. Houses in my country are on average for a first home you'll be spending around 500,000 and you need 20% as a down payment!! My husband and I saved for 5years to be able to afford the down payment and as we went to buy our first home properties went up by about 80k due to Covid and were again back to renting and saving. Good on you guys for doing what your doing, know how fortunate you are 😊😊
