I love my l homme ideal edp...but it don't perform too well!! Still it's nearly finished and I need another leather beast for nights out...out of fahrenheit parfum and ombre leather which would you choose? I feel the fahrenheit has a bit more freshness whereas the ombre leather is beautiful it feels very one dimensional...too leathery if you know what I mean!! I'm leaning towards the fahrenheit parfum!! Or you can recommend any other night out leathery beasts?

I've been going for Y Le Parfum over and over for its versatility and freshness. It's one of the best "dumb reaches", imo. If I want to smell clean and uplifting, I go for Y Le Parfum. Honorary mention goes to Gisada Ambassador.
Untold is unisex leaning more feminine because of the heavy saffron note and intense sweetness. It would need a stronger wood or musk base to make it lean more masculine imo.
The Dunhill AW is criminally underrated. I prefer it to most of my leather scents. It’s super smooth and screams attention in a mature way. Love this stuff. Most of the Dunhill Sig Series are 💯. Great video!

Yeah I'm a generous oversprayer, to put it mildly, but still. That thing has character. And as to others that I pulled out now since the weather is going in autumn mode. Example like the K.C Signature and Black which has special place in my memory and live path, which nowadays I tend to layer it with something from E. Molecules if I want to give it more boost or longevity. In that same category will be the Varvatos designs. And yes, there has been timely hoarding of the discontinued oldies since long ago🤭🤫, so I'm set till the Valhalla! Cheers to all! The BR540 DNA is unisex in my opinion. Some “inspired” frags lean different ways but still remain mostly unisex. Untold is an absolute projection monster. Great pick.

Try arabian oud tarteel silver, the mercedes club black is probably inspired by it, but the arabian oud one is a monster fragrance enteral longevity and monstrous projection that will cut through the cold like butter, and the juice luxurious, its a more refined luxurious much better performing club black.

Scandal Pour Homme Le Parfum, PDM Oajan, Bianco Latte, and Gentleman Reserve Privee are my current favorite fragrances. It’s getting quite cold here in the Philippines given that my country is a tropical country, the colder season/rainy season is my favorite time of the year because of how much of a gourmand perfume lover I am.
BR540 I feel is pretty unisex. The DNA though, is just wierd. The woodiness I find quite nice in the far drydown around 1.5 - 2 hours after spraying (maybe after a wash as well) but before that, it's so cloying, synthetic and overwhelming. I also find smelling it more enjoyable if it's coming from other people.
They’re not close in the slightest. NR is much closer to a clean, blue, musk dna in the vein of blue de Chanel. Gentleman reserve prive is a much darker, richer fragrance with whisky, iris, chestnut and amber, that is more fall appropriate. If you’re blind buying and enjoy blue de Chanel, then get NR. If you enjoy darker fragrances, go with GRP. It’s hard to choose a recommendation because they’re so different.
Im trying out YSL Y EDP, but on my skin the sugary apple really shines through and it seems to be a bit much in the opening during a hot day. Am i alone on this frag?
Trust me bro you can pull off that fragrance just like me , I'm only 18 and got tons of compliments for it . Just doesn't last that long compared to the other fragrances from pdm like Layton n pegasus
Armaf untold is too strong and too powerful, it's been like 3-4 months and the smell still hasn't disappeared from my jacket I sprayed it on. Haven't washed the jacket because it was basically new and perfectly clean just smells like armaf untold and the smell ain't going anywhere. Sold my bottle a while ago because I started to dislike the smell after a while, but that's probably because I oversprayed it and that ruined my day for sure lol
I don't know why but I fell in love with Valentino BIR Rockstud Noir.. it's not complex, it's not deep, but it smells incredible to me. Other than that, during warmer days I go with LV Imagination, ADG Profumo or Rasasi Hawas.. and during the colder days I go with YSL LDL Bleu Electrique, Amouage Reflection Man, Gisada Ambassador Intense or Dior Homme Parfum, which to me, is a holy grail of fragrances 🔥
My daughters were being picked up at my house by their mom and I had just sprayed DHI as i walked out of my room my youngest (13) made a comment about how good I smelled. I got downstairs and my ex and oldest (14) were both standing there and both commented at how good it smelled. So 3 compliments before I hit the door.

I have the Herod 2022 batch and also pre 2020 batch. The opening is different and so is the projection. Longevity is still decent though.
